Bauk’s leadership roles at Thunderbird Resources, PVW Resources, Lithium Australia, and Northern Minerals underscore his deep sector knowledge and ability to navigate complex markets.

His appointment signals Peninsula’s ambition to leverage this expertise to accelerate production growth and expand exploration activities at Lance and the Dagger project.
