The company, in joint venture with Snow Lake Resources (NASDAQ: LITM), successfully staked 937 new claims covering around 7,045 hectares (17,408 acres) of previously unclaimed federal mineral parcels. This expansion brings the total project footprint to roughly 15,130 hectares (37,387 acres), positioning Pine Ridge as a more formidable presence in one of the United States’ most prolific uranium districts.

The Powder River Basin is historically the leading uranium-producing region in the U.S., primarily through In-Situ Recovery (ISR) methods. Pine Ridge benefits from its proximity to established uranium projects held by industry leaders such as Uranium Energy Corp (UEC) and Cameco, and is located just about 15 kilometres from Cameco’s Smith Ranch Mill, one of the largest licensed uranium processing facilities in the country with a capacity of 5.5 million pounds of U3O8 annually.
