ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV) has marked a significant commercial milestone by securing a contract to supply its building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) solar feature glass for the rooftop of the City Tattersalls Club redevelopment in Sydney’s central business district. This project represents ClearVue’s first installation of its solar glass technology on a high-rise commercial building in the Sydney CBD, underscoring the growing market acceptance of its innovative energy-generating building materials.

The City Tattersalls Club, a heritage-listed institution dating back to 1895, is undergoing a $308 million redevelopment aimed at restoring its historic stature while integrating cutting-edge sustainability features. ClearVue’s solar glass will be installed on the roof terrace spanning the 44th to 50th floors, forming a key component of the approximately $600,000 rooftop section managed by SRG Global on behalf of Richard Crookes Constructions.
