The NHS Confederation represents approximately 120 NHS Trusts, making it a powerful gateway for Beamtree to embed its advanced analytics and benchmarking services into the UK’s public healthcare system. Financial and Operational Framework

Under the terms of the agreement, Beamtree will invest around AUD 1.5 million over fiscal years 2025 and 2026 to establish the UK platform. The contract spans an initial five years with an option to extend for another five, reflecting a long-term commitment to the UK market. Membership pricing is set at £50,000 per NHS Trust annually, with the first £500,000 of membership income fully allocated to Beamtree to recoup platform establishment costs. Subsequent revenues will be shared equally between Beamtree and the NHS Confederation.

Importantly, the partnership includes performance thresholds allowing either party to terminate if fewer than 25 Trusts subscribe within two years or fewer than 40 within three years, underscoring the critical importance of membership uptake for the venture’s sustainability.
