Constellation Resources Limited has announced a compelling development at its 100% owned Ularring Gold Copper Project in Western Australia. The company’s maiden ultrafine soil sampling program has uncovered a robust gold-copper geochemical anomaly, dubbed 'Chatham,' spanning approximately 1.3 kilometers by 0.45 kilometers. This discovery sits strategically over the regionally significant Meenar Shear Corridor, a structural feature known to host mineralisation.

The Chatham anomaly is characterised by peak soil values of 78 parts per billion gold and 1,126 parts per million copper, accompanied by silver, tellurium, tungsten, and platinum group elements. These geochemical signatures align closely with mineralisation styles previously intersected in drill holes elsewhere on the Ularring tenure, suggesting a credible target for further exploration.

Geophysical Support and Exploration Potential

Adding weight to the geochemical findings, Chatham overlies a bullseye late-time Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic (VTEM) anomaly identified from historical surveys. This electromagnetic signature may indicate the presence of a conductive sulphide-rich unit at depth, a classic hallmark of potentially economic mineralisation. Notably, historical records and field inspections reveal that this area has not been subjected to systematic on-ground exploration or drilling, underscoring the prospect’s untapped potential.

In contrast, the company’s previously advanced Centre Forest prospect, which hosts a continuous but generally lower-grade gold-copper horizon over 1.1 kilometers, has been deprioritised. Recent diamond drilling at Centre Forest confirmed extensions of mineralisation but highlighted the challenge of consistently achieving higher gold grades above 1 gram per tonne, a key threshold for economic viability.

Strategic Shift and Next Steps

Constellation is now focusing its efforts on the Chatham target, planning further infill soil sampling to refine the anomaly’s footprint ahead of a proposed shallow reconnaissance drilling program. This approach aims to test the geophysical and geochemical signatures to delineate potential mineralised zones more precisely.

Meanwhile, the company is progressing a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to raise approximately $2.52 million. This capital raising is intended to fund ongoing exploration activities, including the upcoming work at Chatham, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Context Within a Proven Mineral Province

The Ularring Project is situated within the prolific Archaean Yilgarn Craton, a geological province renowned for hosting world-class intrusion-related gold-copper deposits such as the Boddington mine and Caravel Copper Project. The Meenar Shear Corridor, where Chatham is located, represents a significant structural setting that could host similar mineralisation styles. Constellation’s discovery thus taps into a well-endowed mineral belt with substantial exploration upside.

While the true economic potential of Chatham remains to be confirmed through drilling, the combination of geochemical, geophysical, and geological evidence positions it as a compelling new frontier for Constellation Resources.
