Significant Precious Metals Discovery at Golconda

G50 Corp Limited has delivered a compelling update from its flagship Golconda Project in Arizona, revealing a major new discovery of precious metals. Recent drilling results include intercepts such as 47.2 meters grading 2.0 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 40.2 g/t silver, and 0.29% zinc, highlighting the project's potential to host economically significant mineralisation. These findings come from the recently completed Phase 2 drilling program, which comprised 26 holes totaling 4,537 meters, targeting extensions of known mineralisation along strike.

Gallium Mineralogy Breakthroughs

Alongside precious metals, G50 has advanced its understanding of gallium mineralisation at Golconda. Phase 1 mineralogy testing by SGS Canada Inc confirmed that gallium is predominantly concentrated in three minerals – muscovite, kaolinite, and potassium feldspar. Notably, gallium enrichment is highest in muscovite and kaolinite, minerals associated with hydrothermal alteration linked to gold, silver, and zinc mineralisation. This insight is critical as it suggests potential pathways for efficient gallium extraction using conventional mineral processing techniques such as flotation followed by acid leaching.

Ongoing Exploration and Strategic Focus

G50’s exploration efforts extend beyond Golconda, with drilling underway at the White Caps Project in Nevada targeting near-surface gold mineralisation within Cambrian stratigraphic units. While complete assay results from White Caps are pending, the company is actively refining geological models and planning follow-up programs. The divestment of four non-core Nevada projects during the quarter reflects a strategic streamlining of G50’s portfolio to focus on high-potential assets.

Financial Position and Outlook

As of June 30, 2025, G50 reported a cash balance of A$2.29 million, supporting ongoing exploration and technical studies. The company acknowledges increased expenditure related to recent drilling campaigns but anticipates a reduction in operating costs in the near term.
