Lincoln Identifies Multiple Drill Targets at Minbrie, Achieves 99.97% Graphite Purity

Minbrie Project Advances with Precision Targeting

Lincoln Minerals has made significant strides at its 100%-owned Minbrie Copper-Base Metals Project on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula. Through a meticulous re-logging and assaying program of over 1,700 metres of historic diamond core, the company has refined its geological understanding and identified multiple high-priority drill targets within the Northern Zone. These targets are structurally controlled and associated with known mineralisation zones, including the standout discovery hole BUDD192, which returned impressive intercepts of copper, lead, zinc, and silver.

Technical reinterpretation and 3D modelling have delineated three key trap zones, enhancing confidence in the prospectivity of the Minbrie system. The company is progressing regulatory approvals and aims to commence drilling in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking a pivotal phase in unlocking the project’s potential.

Battery-Grade Graphite Achieved at Kookaburra

Lincoln’s Kookaburra Graphite Project continues to impress with recent test work confirming graphite purity levels of up to 99.97% total graphitic carbon (TGC), surpassing the 99.95% benchmark for lithium-ion battery anode material. Notably, this purification was achieved without the use of hydrofluoric acid, a toxic chemical commonly employed in graphite processing. This HF-free approach not only enhances safety and environmental credentials but also reduces capital and operating costs, positioning Kookaburra as a cleaner, more sustainable source of battery-grade graphite.

The project’s inclusion in the 2025 Australian Critical Minerals Prospectus further validates its strategic importance, and ongoing discussions hint at potential partnerships to unlock shareholder value.

Expanding Uranium Exploration at Yallunda

Exploration at the Yallunda Project has yielded multiple uranium anomalies in soil and rock chip samples, highlighting promising targets for future drilling. Lincoln has formalised exploration access through a Native Title Mining Agreement with the Gawler Ranges Aboriginal Corporation, reflecting a respectful partnership with Traditional Owners and enabling advancement of the Jungle Dam uranium prospect.

These early-stage results, combined with geological mapping and geochemical sampling planned for the second half of 2025, position Lincoln to further explore uranium’s potential within its portfolio.

Corporate and Financial Developments

On the corporate front, Lincoln Minerals secured a $294,096 loan facility against its anticipated FY2025 Research & Development tax rebate, providing a timely boost to working capital and supporting ongoing exploration programs. The loan carries a fixed 17% interest rate and is repayable upon receipt of the rebate or by the end of 2025.

Board changes include the appointment of Hon. Ryan Smith as Interim Chair following the resignation of Yoyo Zhang, with the company actively pursuing a permanent chairperson to guide its next growth phase.
