Global Health Secures $186,748 Contract to Deploy MasterCare+ at Jarrah House

Digital Transformation in AOD Services

Global Health Limited (ASX – GLH) has announced a new contract with Jarrah House, a respected non-government organisation providing residential rehabilitation for women and women with children affected by alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues. Valued at $186,748 including GST and a one-time implementation fee, the agreement spans an initial three-year term with an option to extend for an additional two years.

The contract involves deploying Global Health’s MasterCare+ Client Management System, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution designed to streamline client data management and clinical workflows. This system will be customised to meet the specific reporting requirements mandated by the NADAbase, ensuring compliance with NSW Health funding conditions for AOD services.

Enhancing Care Delivery Through Technology

Key components of the implementation include the HotHealth Digital Front Door, which offers customisable digital forms to facilitate seamless communication between clinicians and clients, and ReferralNet Secure Messaging, enabling the secure transfer of clinical correspondence. These tools aim to improve operational efficiency by automating referral and triage processes, allowing multidisciplinary teams, including counsellors, nurses, social workers, childcare workers, and administrative staff, to focus more on patient care.

Located in Southeast Sydney, Jarrah House’s residential rehabilitation centre will benefit from this digital upgrade, which CEO Jacqui Wilkins describes as a significant uplift in infrastructure and technology services. She emphasised the platform’s role in enhancing the efficient management of client data and supporting continuous care improvements.

Strategic Growth in Community Healthcare Platforms

Global Health’s Managing Director, Mathew Cherian, highlighted that this contract reflects the company’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in community-based healthcare platforms. He noted that new contracts in this segment for the calendar year already exceed $1.1 million in revenue value, with a strong pipeline expected to sustain growth through mid-2026.

This deal underscores the increasing demand for digital health solutions tailored to specialised sectors like AOD rehabilitation, where efficient data management and secure communication are critical to delivering quality care.
