Exceptional High-Grade Intersections at Fiama

Antipa Minerals Ltd (ASX – AZY) has announced a series of outstanding assay results from its ongoing CY2025 exploration program at the Minyari Gold-Copper Project in Western Australia's Paterson Province. The highlight is a bonanza-grade intersection at the Fiama deposit, where drilling returned 33 metres grading 15.8 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 0.28% copper from just 96 metres below surface. This includes remarkable high-grade intervals such as 1 metre at 395 g/t gold, underscoring the exceptional potential of the deposit.

These results extend mineralisation beyond previous limits, with the Fiama zone now confirmed to be open in multiple directions, including along a 420-metre strike and both up and down dip. The discovery of multiple high-grade shoots within shallow dipping structures intruded by felsic dykes suggests complex geology that may host further high-grade ore shoots.

Resource Growth and New Discoveries

Beyond Fiama, Antipa's exploration efforts have yielded promising results at the Rizzo prospect, where shallow gold-copper mineralisation was intersected over a broad area measuring approximately 800 by 700 metres. Notably, a 16-metre interval grading 0.6 g/t gold from 52 metres depth confirms the presence of a large mineralised system with significant growth potential.

The Phase 1 drilling program, comprising 308 holes for over 36,000 metres, is now complete with assays received for the majority of holes. This program targeted both resource growth at known deposits and greenfield discovery across the extensive 4,100 square kilometre tenement package. The company is now progressing Phase 2 drilling, planned to deliver an additional 25,000 to 35,000 metres of air core, reverse circulation, and diamond core drilling to further expand and define mineralisation.

Advancing Pre-feasibility Study and Project Development

Antipa is advancing a Pre-feasibility Study (PFS) for the Minyari Dome development, with resource definition drilling well advanced, 83% complete with 16,517 metres drilled of a planned 20,000 metres. Results for approximately 4,810 metres have been received, with remaining assays expected in the second half of 2025. The PFS aims to refine the development opportunity and is scheduled for completion by June 2026.

Recent strategic appointments, including mining executive Neil Warburton as Non-Executive Director and Aaron King as Study Manager, bolster the company’s technical and management capabilities to support project advancement.

Significance in a World-Class Mining District

The Minyari Project sits in the prolific Paterson Province, a region renowned for world-class gold-copper deposits such as Greatland Resources’ Telfer Mine and Havieron project, as well as Rio Tinto-Sumitomo’s Winu deposit. Antipa’s current Mineral Resource Estimate stands at 2.5 million ounces of gold, alongside significant copper, silver, and cobalt by-products. The new drilling results are expected to enhance this resource base and add considerable value to the project’s development potential.

Managing Director Roger Mason highlighted the consistent addition of value through exploration success and the clear pathway to production, positioning Antipa as a compelling investment opportunity in Australia’s gold sector.

Bottom Line?

With bonanza grades and expanding mineralisation, Antipa’s Minyari Project is poised for a transformative resource update and development milestone.
