New 15m @ 1.67g/t Au Gold Lode Discovered at Yundamindra’s F0 Prospect

Exploration Breakthrough at Yundamindra

Arika Resources Limited (ASX – ARI) has revealed a compelling new chapter in its exploration campaign at the Yundamindra Gold Project in Western Australia. The company’s latest drilling results have uncovered a new, wide gold lode at the F0 Prospect, part of the Landed at Last area within the project’s Western Corridor. This discovery is notable for both its scale and grade, with intercepts including 15 metres at 1.67 grams per tonne gold, featuring higher-grade zones such as 2 metres at 8.53 grams per tonne.

The F0 Prospect lies just 120 metres south of the previously known F1 Fault, a well-mineralised structure that has been the focus of earlier drilling. The identification and initial testing of this parallel structure underscore the potential for multiple, stacked mineralised zones within the Landed at Last corridor, itself part of the extensive 16-kilometre 'Yellow Brick Road' structural system known for historical high-grade workings.

Encouraging Depth Extensions at Queen of Poland

Further north along the Yellow Brick Road, the Queen of Poland Prospect has yielded significant new intercepts from initial step-out drilling. Highlights include a 29-metre intercept averaging 1.02 grams per tonne gold, with internal zones reaching over 5 grams per tonne. Importantly, the mineralised structure here appears to thicken and improve in grade with depth, suggesting a robust and potentially expanding ore system. This prospect may represent a northern strike extension of the Landed at Last mineralisation, bridging a previously untested gap and opening new avenues for resource growth.

Banjo’s Camp – Broad Anomalies and Future Targets

At Banjo’s Camp, located in the structurally complex south-central part of the Yundamindra syncline, first-pass wide-spaced drilling has confirmed broad gold and silver mineralisation alongside geochemical pathfinder anomalies. Although grades are generally low at this stage, the presence of extensive shear zones and quartz veining, combined with historical alluvial workings, points to a fertile exploration ground. Arika is currently undertaking detailed geochemical and geophysical studies to refine these targets before committing to further drilling, reflecting a methodical approach to unlocking this area’s potential.

Ongoing Drilling and Geophysical Programs

The company has drilled approximately 12,000 metres so far in its current campaign, with assays pending for around 40 holes. This extensive program is designed to test multiple high-grade targets along the Yellow Brick Road, the Eastern Corridor, and the South-Central complex. Complementing the drilling, Arika is deploying advanced geophysical techniques, including induced polarisation surveys planned at Pennyweight Point, to sharpen target definition and improve drill success rates.

Arika’s Managing Director, Justin Barton, emphasised the significance of the F0 discovery and the broader exploration potential – "The Landed at Last-F1 gold system has considerable scale and is expanding with each drilling phase. The new F0 structure, identified through aeromagnetic data, has delivered impressive widths and grades in its first test, validating our systematic approach to exploring untested structures." He also highlighted the early but promising results from the F2 and F3 structures and the strategic use of geochemical and geophysical data to guide future drilling.

Strategic Positioning in a World-Class Gold District

The Yundamindra Gold Project is situated within the Laverton Greenstone Belt, one of Australia’s richest gold provinces, hosting major mines like Sunrise Dam and Wallaby. Despite a history of prospect-scale mining, the area remains under-explored at depth, offering Arika a unique opportunity to define significant new mineralisation near existing processing infrastructure. The project is operated as a joint venture with Nex Metals, with Arika holding an 80% interest and acting as project manager.

With ongoing drilling, pending assay results, and planned geophysical surveys, Arika Resources is steadily advancing its understanding of the Yundamindra gold systems. The recent discoveries and confirmations of mineralisation extensions reinforce the project's potential to evolve into a substantial gold resource.
