Expanding Gold Mineralisation Confirmed

Zenith Minerals Limited (ASX – ZNC) has released compelling new results from its Red Mountain Gold Project in Queensland, reinforcing the project's status as a significant Intrusion-Related Gold (IRG) system. The latest diamond drill holes, ZRMDD064 and ZRMDD066, have confirmed the continuity and scale of gold mineralisation, extending to approximately 530 metres vertical depth. These results not only broaden the mineralised footprint but also reveal multiple high-grade zones within broad intervals of consistent gold grades.

High-Grade Zones and By-Product Potential

Hole ZRMDD064 returned a remarkable 325 metres at 0.56 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 214.9 metres, including standout internal intercepts such as 14.2 metres at 4.62 g/t and 9.45 metres at 5.29 g/t. Meanwhile, ZRMDD066 demonstrated strong mineralisation continuity with intervals like 98.4 metres at 0.60 g/t, featuring a high-grade shoot of 0.55 metres at 44.6 g/t gold. Importantly, multi-element assays revealed elevated zinc, lead, and silver values, suggesting valuable by-product credits and supporting the interpretation of the drilling intersecting the cooler outer halo of a larger mineralising system akin to the Mt Wright IRG deposit.

Structural Insights and Drilling Strategy

The drilling has identified the host rhyolite as a flat-lying sill, providing crucial structural context for ongoing exploration. This geometry is encouraging for modelling and targeting, as it suggests a predictable lateral zonation pattern. The presence of late-stage dolerite dykes locally truncates mineralisation but does not diminish the overall system strength. Pending assays from several intervals in ZRMDD066 and other holes are expected to further clarify the system's extent and grade distribution.

Next Phase – RC Drilling and Regional Exploration

Building on these results, Zenith is preparing a 10 to 15-hole reverse circulation (RC) drilling program scheduled for late October 2025. This campaign aims to define the full lateral extent of the upper rhyolite sill and hone in on the high-grade core zone. Complementary regional exploration activities, including soil and rock-chip geochemical sampling and expanded geophysical surveys, will target extensions of the mineralised corridor and identify new prospective zones. The integration of multi-element geochemistry will provide critical vectoring information to refine drill targeting ahead of the next drilling season.

Alongside Red Mountain, Zenith continues to advance its Consolidated Dulcie Gold Project in Western Australia, where a Phase 2 drilling program is underway to expand and upgrade resources.
