Norseman Drilling Yields 263 g/t Gold Intercept, Bullen Decline Dewatering Nears Completion

Exceptional Drilling Results Reinforce Norseman’s Potential

Pantoro Gold Limited has delivered a fresh wave of encouraging results from its ongoing underground drilling program at the Mainfield Mining Centre, part of its wholly owned Norseman Gold Project in Western Australia. The latest assays reveal multiple high-grade gold intersections, notably from the Crown South and O’Briens Reefs, underscoring the robust mineralisation potential of these historically significant ore bodies.

Among the standout results are intervals such as 2.40 metres grading 43.19 grams per tonne gold, including spectacular sub-intervals exceeding 100 grams per tonne, and a remarkable 0.3 metre section assaying 263.61 grams per tonne. Visible coarse gold was observed in numerous holes, a strong visual confirmation of the high-grade nature of the mineralisation.

Infrastructure and Mine Development Advancing

Alongside the drilling success, Pantoro is making solid progress on mine infrastructure, with over 5,000 metres of dewatering and rehabilitation completed in the Bullen Decline. A newly installed life-of-mine pump station is expected to fully dewater this critical underground access by the first quarter of 2026, paving the way for accelerated development activities.

Preliminary mine planning has commenced for accessing both the O’Briens and Crown South Reefs. The proximity of the Bullen Decline; just 80 metres from O’Briens; provides a logical and cost-effective entry point. Early indications suggest mining could begin within six to nine months, aligning with Pantoro’s broader growth strategy to ramp up underground production.

Context Within Norseman’s Rich History and Future

The Mainfield Mining Centre, discovered in 1894, has been a prolific gold producer, historically yielding around three million ounces. Pantoro’s current Mineral Resource at Norseman stands at 4.6 million ounces, with Ore Reserves of 859,000 ounces. The company’s recent investments, including a 1.2 million tonnes per annum processing plant commissioned in 2022, position it well to scale production from both open pit and underground operations.

Importantly, the O’Briens Reef already hosts a Mineral Resource of 130,000 tonnes at 9.57 grams per tonne for 40,000 ounces, with new drilling suggesting potential to extend this resource along strike and up dip. The Crown South Reef, historically mined but previously limited in access, is now being systematically explored with promising results that could unlock significant new high-grade ore zones.

Pantoro’s Managing Director, Paul Cmrlec, emphasised the significance of the drilling outcomes and the strategic advantage of leveraging existing infrastructure. As the company continues to increase data density and refine mine plans, the market will be watching closely for updates on resource upgrades, production targets, and capital expenditure plans that will underpin Pantoro’s ambition to grow annual gold output beyond 200,000 ounces.
