Great Southern Mining Limited (ASX – GSN) has announced further encouraging assay results from its recent aircore drilling campaign at the Amy Clarke prospect, part of its wholly owned Duketon Gold Project in Western Australia. The latest results include a standout 17-metre intercept grading 1.4 grams per tonne gold, featuring a high-grade 1-metre section at 11.2 g/t Au. These findings build on previous high-grade intercepts and confirm an emerging gold discovery over a strike length of approximately 4.7 kilometres.
The Amy Clarke prospect, located roughly 8 to 10 kilometres from Regis Resources’ Garden Well processing facility, has been the focus of systematic exploration since the tenement was granted in 2021. Prior to GSN’s involvement, the area had seen limited historical exploration and no recorded mining activity, making this discovery particularly significant.
Drilling Highlights and Geological Context
The October 2025 aircore program delivered multiple shallow, high-grade gold intercepts, including 3 metres at 5.7 g/t Au from 8 metres depth and 1 metre at 10.3 g/t Au from 32 metres. These results complement earlier intercepts such as 2 metres at 23.9 g/t Au from 10 metres. The mineralisation is hosted within a structurally complex setting characterized by sheared felsic porphyry-sediment contacts and quartz-sulphide veining, consistent with deformation-driven fluid pathways known to localise gold deposits in the region.
Importantly, the mineralised zones remain open both along strike and at depth, offering significant upside potential. The company plans to advance exploration with Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling in early 2026 to better define the extent and grade continuity of the mineralisation.

Alongside Amy Clarke, GSN continues to progress its Golden Boulder discovery within the Duketon Gold Project, with approximately 90 RC holes completed since October 2025 and assay results pending.
