Strategic Partnership with Clinico Inc.

Audeara Limited (ASX:AUA) has taken a decisive step forward in commercialising its Auracast™ technology through the initiation of three white-label programs with Clinico Inc. These programs include two Auracast™-enabled devices built on Audeara’s recently launched BT-03 Audio Broadcaster platform, with initial purchase orders valued at approximately $164,000. This collaboration builds on the earlier success of Clinico’s Sound Earbuds CS1 in Taiwan, signalling a deepening partnership aimed at expanding Auracast™ technology into new markets and product lines.

BT-03 Audio Broadcaster: Infrastructure for Shared Audio Experiences

The BT-03 Audio Broadcaster, launched domestically at a recommended retail price of $399, serves as the infrastructure backbone for Auracast™ technology. It enables Bluetooth LE Audio Auracast™ standard broadcasts, allowing multiple compatible devices to receive shared audio streams without the need for individual pairing. This capability is particularly suited for public and commercial environments such as universities, healthcare settings, and entertainment venues, where scalable shared listening is increasingly in demand.

Audeara has designed the BT-03 to integrate seamlessly with existing audiovisual systems and support multi-room and multi-venue deployments. Early validation in Australia has been promising, with AV installers and consumer audio retailers stocking the device. Meanwhile, certification efforts are underway in key international markets including the United States, Japan, Canada, and the European Union, setting the stage for broader global distribution.

Scaling the AUA Technology Division

Audeara’s strategy focuses on embedding its Auracast™ broadcast and audio digital signal processing capabilities into partner product lines through white-label and co-branded programs. The Clinico partnership exemplifies this approach, integrating Audeara’s technology within Clinico’s commercial ecosystem and expanding sales channels in Taiwan and beyond. This model aims to diversify revenue streams and position Audeara as a scalable global technology partner in the emerging Auracast™ ecosystem.

Managing Director Dr James Fielding highlighted the growing appetite for Auracast™ technology following recent industry engagements, noting that the combination of infrastructure and compatible devices is essential for meaningful adoption. The Clinico programs represent a significant milestone in this journey, leveraging established regional channels to accelerate deployment.

Looking Ahead

With initial purchase orders secured and product launches underway, Audeara is poised to capitalise on the expanding demand for shared audio experiences. The ongoing certification process in major markets will be critical to unlocking further international growth opportunities. As Auracast™ technology gains traction, Audeara’s integrated platform approach could redefine how audio is delivered and experienced across diverse environments worldwide.

Bottom Line?

Audeara’s expanding partnerships and product launches signal a promising trajectory for Auracast™ technology adoption globally.
