The funds will be pivotal in advancing the company’s suite of technologies designed to meet the surging energy needs of data centres and other industrial users.

The placement shares were issued at a 22.3% discount to recent trading prices, reflecting a strategic move to attract committed investors and accelerate development milestones. Importantly, the company plans to use the proceeds to regain 100% ownership of its Aurora Energy Precinct in South Australia, a key asset poised to become a hub for firmed renewable energy and industrial demand.

Tapping Into the Data Centre Boom
