Xamble Group has locked in AUD 700,000 in new contracts and completed its acquisition of YouthsToday, tripling its influencer base and extending its reach to seven Southeast Asian countries.

  • AUD 700,000 in new education and automotive contracts
  • Acquisition of 55.6% stake in YouthsToday completed
  • Influencer network grows 177% to over 19,000
  • Geographic footprint expands from 3 to 7 countries
  • Malaysian Digital Acceleration Grant conditions met for first two years

Major Contracts Signal Growing Market Traction

Xamble Group Limited (ASX:XGL) has landed two significant commercial contracts valued at approximately AUD 700,000, marking a clear step up in its footprint within Malaysia’s education and automotive sectors. These 12-month deals, commencing in the second half of FY2026, are structured with fees tied directly to performance KPIs, aligning revenue recognition with tangible business outcomes. The education contract, worth over AUD 400,000, involves performance and influencer marketing for a leading Malaysian university, leveraging Xamble’s combined creator network to engage youth audiences at scale.

Meanwhile, the automotive contract, valued near AUD 300,000, targets one of Malaysia’s largest dealership groups with a focus on driving showroom inquiries and qualified test drives. Both contracts feature phased campaign spend and quarterly performance gates, a model that underscores Xamble’s commitment to transparent, outcome-linked marketing solutions.

YouthsToday Acquisition Completes, Tripling Influencer Base

In a strategic move to consolidate its position in Southeast Asia’s creator economy, Xamble has completed the acquisition of a 55.6% stake in YouthsToday for AUD 330,000. Founded in 2013, YouthsToday operates one of Malaysia’s largest digital youth communities, boasting over 100,000 seeders and more than 12,000 verified influencers. The platform’s reach spans seven countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar.

YouthsToday generated AUD 780,000 in revenue in calendar year 2025, growing at a compound annual rate of 31.9% since 2020 and is EBITDA positive. This acquisition expands Xamble’s influencer community from under 7,000 to over 19,000, and agency client relationships from 19 to 65, significantly enhancing the company’s cross-selling potential across the region. The integration of YouthsToday’s network into Xamble’s Influencer Discovery Platform is underway, aiming to deliver a seamless, full-spectrum creator solution from grassroots seeders to macro influencers.

This milestone follows a recent announcement where Xamble appointed an interim CEO and targeted cost savings of AUD 700,000 through operational synergies and AI automation, highlighting the company’s drive to optimise profitability post-acquisition.

Government Grant Fuels Platform Integration

Xamble has satisfied all conditions for the first two years of the Malaysian Digital Acceleration Grant (MDAG), a milestone-based government grant totaling MYR 3.59 million (AUD 1.15 million). The company plans to draw down the remaining AUD 679,000 over the next 12 months, earmarked primarily for platform integration efforts. This funding supports Xamble’s strategy to scale its integrated influencer marketing platform across Southeast Asia, leveraging both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Chairman Highlights Strategic Momentum

Chairman Ganesh Bangah described the YouthsToday acquisition as a "pivotal moment," emphasizing that the company has expanded its platform reach from three to seven markets and increased its influencer base by 177%. Bangah highlighted that the combined platform now offers brands and agencies a comprehensive creator solution, enhancing transparency and performance tracking. With the government grant actively deployed and strong commercial wins, Xamble is entering the second half of FY2026 with "real momentum" and a growing enterprise pipeline.

Bottom Line?

Xamble’s expanded footprint and milestone contracts position it for growth, but execution on integration and grant utilisation will be key to sustaining momentum.

Questions in the middle?

  • How effectively will Xamble integrate YouthsToday’s platform and client base to realise cross-selling opportunities?
  • What impact will the conditional government grant have on accelerating Xamble’s regional expansion?
  • Can Xamble convert its performance-based contracts into sustainable recurring revenue streams?
