BetGuard Launch Marks Dataworks’ International Expansion

Dataworks Group Limited (ASX:DWG) has taken a significant step by formally launching BetGuard, the Centralised Self-Exclusion (CSE) system for iGaming Ontario, alongside a fully staffed Contact Centre in Toronto. This launch follows a rigorous pre-launch phase where all licensed operators were onboarded and subjected to comprehensive end-to-end testing, ensuring the platform's readiness for live operation.

The BetGuard system is an adaptation of Dataworks’ BetStop – The National Self-Exclusion Register™ technology, which has been successfully operating in Australia for over two years with 100% system availability. The Ontario rollout leverages this proven technology, tailored to meet the specific regulatory requirements of the Canadian province’s online gaming market. The platform now integrates with more than 230 wagering operators internationally, providing real-time exclusion checks embedded into the betting journey.
