Yojee Expands MOSAIC Platform with Second Commercial Customer

Technology By Sophie Babbage 3 min read

Yojee Limited has secured Wayfinder Cargo Solutions as its second commercial customer for the MOSAIC freight forwarding platform, marking full operational coverage across all freight modes and directions ahead of its full commercial launch.

  • Second commercial MOSAIC customer signed in early adopter phase
  • Platform now validated across air and ocean, imports and exports
  • Wayfinder's onboarding extends Australian Customs ICS integration testing
  • Early adopter agreement runs June to August 2026, full commercial rollout expected September
  • Strategic milestone in Yojee’s measured MOSAIC commercialisation plan

Yojee Completes Full Freight Matrix Coverage with Wayfinder Signing

Yojee Limited (ASX:YOJ) has taken a decisive step in its MOSAIC platform rollout by signing Wayfinder Cargo Solutions as its second commercial customer. This deal means MOSAIC now operates across every key freight forwarding mode and direction: air export, air import, ocean export, and ocean import. Wayfinder’s onboarding expands the platform’s live footprint, moving beyond the initial ocean import shipments handled by Yojee’s first commercial customer.

Early Adopter Phase Sets Stage for Full Commercial Release

The agreement with Wayfinder covers an early adopter period from 8 June to 31 August 2026, during which Yojee will onboard and integrate MOSAIC into Wayfinder’s operations without charging fees. The parties plan to transition to a revenue-generating SaaS contract from 1 September, marking the anticipated start of MOSAIC’s full commercial release. While fees under this contract are not currently material, the deal is strategically significant as it advances Yojee’s staged commercialisation strategy.

Validation of Australian Customs Integration Across More Message Types

Wayfinder’s deployment broadens the scope of MOSAIC’s integration with the Australian Customs Integrated Cargo System (ICS), a critical component for freight forwarding operations. Each freight mode and direction triggers different message types within ICS, and Wayfinder’s involvement extends testing to air import and ocean export flows. This real-world validation strengthens MOSAIC’s readiness for wider market adoption.

Measured Commercialisation Following Successful Beta and Initial Customer

Yojee’s CEO emphasised the deliberate pace of the rollout: building the platform, validating it in real-world environments, and onboarding early commercial customers in a controlled manner. The MOSAIC Beta launched in September 2025, completed successfully in February 2026, and onboarded its first commercial customer in April 2026. Wayfinder’s signing in June extends the platform’s operational evidence and sharpens its capabilities ahead of opening to a broader customer base.

Wayfinder’s Role in Expanding MOSAIC’s Capabilities

Based in northern New South Wales, Wayfinder Cargo Solutions brings over 20 years of experience in multi-modal freight forwarding across ocean, air, road, and project logistics. Its operations cover complex cargo types including Full Container Load (FCL), Less-than-Container Load (LCL), breakbulk, and oversized project cargo. By pushing MOSAIC into less-explored corners of freight forwarding, Wayfinder contributes to refining the platform’s onboarding and customer success processes.

Bottom Line?

Yojee’s incremental customer onboarding approach with Wayfinder advances MOSAIC’s real-world validation, setting a clear path towards commercial revenue generation in September.

Questions in the middle?

  • How quickly will Yojee convert early adopter agreements into revenue-generating contracts?
  • What operational challenges might arise as MOSAIC expands across all freight modes simultaneously?
  • Can MOSAIC’s integration with Australian Customs ICS maintain robustness under broader commercial scale?
