Drilling Results Reinforce Bullabulling's Resource Base

Minerals 260 Limited (ASX:MI6) has delivered another strong set of assay results from its 100%-owned Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia, reinforcing the 4.5 million ounce Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) and highlighting promising extensions beyond current boundaries. The company reported assays from 83 drill holes totalling 19,073 metres across key deposits including Bacchus, Phoenix, Dicksons, and Kraken.

Noteworthy intercepts include a standout 2 metres grading 31.7 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) and a 15 metre interval at 3.8 g/t Au, underscoring the presence of high-grade mineralisation within the resource. These results continue to confirm the continuity of mineralisation and support the conversion of Inferred Resources to the higher confidence Indicated category, a critical step towards mine planning and reserve declaration.

Focused Drilling Targets Resource Growth and Production Readiness

The recent drilling campaign has dual objectives: infill drilling to bolster resource confidence and extensional drilling to test mineralisation at depth and along strike. At Bacchus, depth extensions along the footwall shear zone returned robust grades such as 6 metres at 7.1 g/t Au beneath the current pit shell, suggesting strong potential for resource growth. Similarly, Phoenix and Dicksons deposits showed thick, high-grade intercepts beyond existing MRE limits.

Complementing exploration efforts, Minerals 260 has initiated a 26,000-metre grade control drilling program with 10-metre by 10-metre spacing. This program targets early mining areas to reduce geological risk and support operational planning. With nine rigs active on site, including Reverse Circulation, Diamond, Aircore, and Water Bore rigs, the company is aggressively advancing both resource definition and production readiness.

Upcoming Milestones and Strategic Outlook

The maiden Ore Reserve and Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) remain on schedule for release in July 2026, underpinned by the current 4.5Moz MRE announced in December 2025. An updated Mineral Resource Estimate is planned for August 2026, incorporating the latest drilling results and setting the stage for a Definitive Feasibility Study targeted for early 2027.

Managing Director Luke McFadyen emphasised the significance of the drilling results, stating they "demonstrate the scale and growth potential at Bullabulling" and enhance understanding of structural controls that could identify higher-grade trends. The company is also preparing to commence regional exploration across its expanded 1,160 square kilometre tenure package, recently bolstered by a $7 million acquisition that added contiguous ground near Kraken and Dicksons deposits.

Royalty arrangements with Franco Nevada and Vox Royalty are in place, while operational agreements with Norton Gold Fields secure access to pastoral leases, indicating a well-structured path toward development. The sustained drilling success and advancing project milestones position Minerals 260 as a compelling story in Western Australia's gold sector.
