Exceptional Silver Grades Spotlight Blue Dick’s Potential

Mammoth Minerals Limited (ASX:M79) has unveiled some of the most eye-catching assay results from its Nevada portfolio, with rock and channel sampling at the Blue Dick Mine Prospect delivering bonanza silver grades that leap off the page. A standout channel sample returned a staggering 0.20 metres at 17,582 grams per tonne (g/t) silver alongside gold and copper credits, underscoring the prospect’s potential to host high-grade polymetallic mineralisation.

This latest tranche of results not only confirms the presence of exceptional grades but also demonstrates strike continuity across multiple mineralised trends, extending over more than 6 kilometres. The Blue Dick Project, part of the broader Excelsior Springs asset, now boasts a compelling pipeline of targets ripe for drill testing.

Copper and Critical Minerals Emerge as Key Themes

Alongside silver and gold, Mammoth’s sampling highlighted critical mineral potential, particularly copper, with channel samples returning up to 10.1% copper in rock chips and continuous intercepts exceeding 1% copper over several metres. The recently acquired Imperial Prospect, located along strike from historical underground workings, has delivered its own strong copper assays, including 1.20 metres at 9.35% copper, hinting at a significant new copper target within Mammoth’s expanding landholding.

The polymetallic nature of the system is further emphasised by assays featuring antimony and lead, adding strategic value given the increasing demand for critical minerals. These findings complement the gold and silver results, painting a picture of a district-scale mineral system with multiple commodity exposures.

Strategic Location Near Tonopah West Project

Blue Dick sits within the Walker Lane structural corridor, a prolific mineral belt that hosts Blackrock Silver’s Tonopah West Silver Project just 75 kilometres to the south-west. Tonopah West currently holds an 8.29 million tonne resource grading 462g/t silver equivalent, providing a nearby benchmark for the scale and grade potential Mammoth is chasing.

Mammoth’s Managing Director, Glenn Poole, emphasised the significance of the surface results in an era where many silver deposits require deep drilling. “We’ve only just scratched the surface on the potential at Blue Dick,” he said, highlighting the project’s untested nature by drilling and the confidence gained from continuous high-grade trends extending hundreds of metres.

Upcoming Drilling to Unlock Subsurface Potential

Building on these results, Mammoth plans to commence a reverse circulation (RC) drilling program in the third quarter of 2026 aimed at testing the high-priority targets defined by the sampling. The program will focus on the Blue Dick area’s parallel trends, which extend over 3 kilometres each, offering more than 6 kilometres of prospective strike with abundant historical workings.

The company is also continuing field programs to explore the western extents of these trends and the structural linkages between them, alongside ongoing sampling and geophysical interpretation. This systematic approach aims to refine drill targets and expand the understanding of mineralisation controls.

Exploration Upside Supported by Robust Sampling Data

The detailed sampling campaign employed industry-standard techniques, with assays processed by MSA Laboratories using fire assay and ICP-MS methods. The results provide a robust dataset, including channel samples from underground adits and surface outcrops, underpinning confidence in the continuity and scale of mineralised zones.

While true widths of mineralisation are yet to be determined pending drilling, the current data supports a compelling exploration story. The polymetallic system’s high grades, continuity over significant strike lengths, and proximity to established projects in a well-known mining district collectively position Mammoth Minerals for a potentially transformative phase in Nevada.
