Kingfisher Mining Advances Broken Hill Projects with New Drilling and Survey Plans

Copper Blow Drilling Strengthens Resource Potential

Kingfisher Mining (ASX:KFM) has wrapped up its latest reverse circulation (RC) drilling phase at the Copper Blow Copper-Gold Project near Broken Hill, completing 10 holes for 1,576 metres. This adds to the 6 holes previously drilled since November 2025, bringing the total to 16 holes and 2,506 metres. The program focused on extending known lodes and infill drilling to tighten geological confidence over the 600-metre mineralised strike.

While assay results are still pending due to minor laboratory delays, previous intercepts from the maiden post-acquisition drilling in February 2026 showed encouraging grades, including 13 metres at 1.2% copper and 0.26 g/t gold, with higher-grade intervals up to 3.43% copper. These results underpin the potential for a low-cost, high-margin operation leveraging the existing processing infrastructure at Broken Hill under the joint venture with Broken Hill Mines. The company aims to progress Copper Blow towards a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) with further drilling planned for Q3 2026.

Stephens Trig Drilling Validates Historical Targets

At the Stephens Trig prospect, Kingfisher has completed 5 holes totalling 584 metres, targeting silver, lead, and zinc mineralisation. The drilling was designed to test and validate historical results at this underexplored target within the broader Broken Hill tenure. Like Copper Blow, assay results are delayed but expected early next month. This work is an important step in expanding the company's understanding of mineralisation across its NSW portfolio.

Allendale Set for Follow-Up RC Drilling

Following the Copper Blow and Stephens Trig programs, Kingfisher is mobilising an RC rig to the Allendale Project, targeting high-grade lead, zinc, and silver mineralisation identified in historic drilling. Notable past intercepts include 10 metres at 16.1% Pb+Zn with 29 g/t silver and several other high-grade zones. The upcoming drilling aims to confirm and extend these zones with modern exploration techniques, reinforcing Allendale's status as a priority target within the Broken Hill portfolio.

Wellington Geophysical Survey Targets Porphyry Systems

Kingfisher has also commissioned a specialist contractor to conduct a geophysical survey at its Wellington Project in the Macquarie Arc, NSW. This survey focuses on identifying magnetic signatures typical of porphyry copper-gold systems concealed beneath shallow cover. The Wellington tenure, recently renewed for six years, lies just 15 kilometres from the significant Boda/Kaiser deposits, making it a strategically important exploration ground. Data acquisition is expected to complete by July 2026, feeding into future drill targeting.

Next Steps and Outlook

Kingfisher plans to receive assay results from its recent drilling programs later this month, followed by detailed geological modelling to refine mineralisation footprints and plan extensions. Approval is underway for a substantial follow-up drilling campaign at Copper Blow in Q3 2026, aimed at advancing the project towards a maiden resource estimate. Concurrently, exploration will continue across other priority targets within the Broken Hill portfolio, maintaining a systematic approach to unlocking value from this prolific mining district.
