The National Nuclear Safety Authority (ANSN), Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA), and Brazilian Nuclear Industries (INB) have all confirmed the project poses no radiological risks and will not interfere with the adjacent nuclear decommissioning site operated by INB.
