This intercept, including an 8-metre section at 3.38 g/t Au, signals the mineralised zone is not only continuing at depth but also appears to be broadening, a promising development for the project’s potential scale.

The sulphide assemblage logged in drill chips, pyrite, arsenopyrite, galena, and sphalerite, aligns with the orogenic gold style that dominates the region.
Historical drilling at Duchess of York has returned high-grade intercepts near surface and at depth, but the down-dip extensions have been largely untested until now. The 2026 program is filling this gap, with results supporting the prospect’s potential to host further mineralisation beyond previously defined limits.
Integrating Geophysics with Exploration
Complementing the drilling, Evergold has initiated a high-resolution drone-borne magnetic survey across its Mt Monger tenure, flown by Shift Geophysics. This survey aims to provide detailed structural imaging to refine and prioritise drill targets. The magnetic data will be integrated with recent gravity surveys, geochemical sampling, and drilling results to build a comprehensive understanding of the mineralised system.
This multi-disciplinary approach is designed to sharpen exploration focus and accelerate target generation, with an aircore drilling program scheduled to commence in mid-July. Regional geochemical surveys at nearby Craig’s Rest are also planned, further broadening the exploration footprint.
