The company’s maiden auger drilling program delineated two large, coherent gold anomalies aligned northeast, coinciding with established prospects such as Curtis Find, Piston, and the core Behring Bore and Coodardy zones.

The anomalies are not only extensive but robust, with peak soil gold values reaching 720 parts per billion (ppb). This geochemical footprint is underscored by a strong association with classic orogenic gold pathfinder elements arsenic and antimony, suggesting mineralisation controlled by structural features like faults or shear zones.

The combined gold-arsenic-antimony anomaly forms an elongate geochemical high trending at approximately 62 degrees azimuth, a pattern consistent with structurally controlled orogenic systems. This continuous northeast-trending corridor effectively links multiple known mineralised zones, expanding the interpreted footprint of the gold system beyond prior drilling limits.

Golden Dragon’s 827-hole auger program, sampling to shallow depths averaging around 0.5 metres, was designed to cover a largely underexplored area. The results validate the approach, revealing a coherent mineralised trend rather than isolated anomalies, and provide a strong vector for targeting further exploration.

Building on High-Grade Drilling at Behring Bore and Coodardy

These auger results complement recent high-grade drilling successes at Behring Bore and Coodardy, where Golden Dragon has intersected significant gold mineralisation including intervals such as 12 metres at 6.5 grams per tonne (g/t) Au, with standout higher-grade zones like 4 metres at 17.6 g/t Au. The company is currently advancing slimline reverse circulation drilling to extend these high-grade zones along strike and at depth.

Golden Dragon is progressing heritage surveys and engaging drilling contractors to prepare for targeted drill testing of priority zones along this newly defined corridor. The company’s Cue project now encompasses a dominant landholding of approximately 619 square kilometres in the Murchison region, hosting over 50 kilometres of mineralised shear zones.
