EdenCrete®Pz7 Gains Traction with Amrize’s North American Expansion

Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX:EDE) is accelerating its North American presence by installing EdenCrete®Pz7 concrete additive systems at four additional Amrize concrete plants across the USA and Canada. This latest move includes Eden’s first installations in Texas, where two ready-mix concrete plants at a double-plant site will be equipped with bulk storage tanks and automated dispensing equipment.

In Minnesota, Eden is extending its footprint into yet another new US state with an additional Amrize plant installation. Meanwhile, in the greater Toronto area, Eden is doubling its existing EdenCrete®Pz7 capacity from one to two plants, reflecting growing Canadian demand for its nanocarbon-enhanced concrete additives.

Strategic Partnership with Amrize Deepens Post-Holcim Spin-Off

Amrize, the North American building solutions group spun off from Holcim in June 2025 and listed on the NYSE and SIX Swiss Exchange, remains one of Eden’s key customers. The company operates over 1,000 sites and employs around 19,000 people across the US and Canada. Since the spin-off, Amrize has continued and expanded EdenCrete®Pz7 installations, particularly in Colorado, and now seeks to broaden this into high-growth regions such as Texas and Eastern Canada.

The four new installations come with initial “starter” orders totaling approximately US$32,000 (about AUD$45,750) for EdenCrete®Pz7 supply, marking a modest but meaningful step in building recurring revenue streams. Eden’s wholly owned US subsidiary, Eden Innovations LLC, will handle the installations and ongoing collaboration with Amrize plants to optimize concrete mix designs and extend the product’s benefits.

EdenCrete®Pz7’s Role in Strength and Sustainability

EdenCrete®Pz7 is a proprietary nanocarbon-strengthened concrete additive that enhances key performance metrics such as compressive strength, flexural strength, and abrasion resistance. It enables concrete producers to achieve higher strength from existing mixes, which can translate into cost savings and reductions in the carbon footprint through cement replacement with pozzolans like fly ash and blast furnace slag.

The product’s ability to lower greenhouse gas emissions by enabling cement reduction fits squarely with growing environmental pressures on the construction materials sector. Eden’s technology has seen repeated success across diverse applications, including infrastructure, commercial buildings, and pre-cast concrete products, positioning it well amid increasing demand for sustainable building solutions.

North American Market Penetration and Growth Potential

The expansion into Texas and Minnesota represents Eden’s first EdenCrete®Pz7 installations in these states, while the increased capacity in Toronto signals rising Canadian market interest. These moves extend Eden’s reach beyond its established Colorado base and align with Amrize’s extensive network and volume of concrete production.

Looking ahead, Eden plans to work closely with these new plants to broaden the range of concrete mix designs using EdenCrete®Pz7, aiming to deepen adoption and unlock further secondary benefits from carbon nanotube-enhanced concrete.
