The company received Mine Proposal and Mine Closure Plan approvals in April 2026, followed by a Native Vegetation Clearance Permit effective from late May. Road access agreements with the Shires of Upper Gascoyne, Carnarvon, and Ashburton are in progress, alongside bore extraction permits, setting the stage for mining commencement.

SoM’s high-grade resource stands at 27,000 ounces at 11.1 g/t gold, with 99% classified as Measured and Indicated. The resource upgrade reflects a 67% growth in total ounces compared to the 2023 estimate, with 85% now Indicated and half of the gold contained within the top 50 metres, which should enhance project economics.

Recent reverse circulation drilling delivered standout intercepts including 7 metres at 49.9 g/t gold and 5 metres at 23.5 g/t gold outside the current resource boundary. Metallurgical testwork confirmed the mineralisation is free-milling with combined gravity and carbon-in-leach recoveries averaging 98.9%. A granted mining lease marks a pivotal step towards commercialisation, with further drilling planned to expand the deposit along strike and at depth. An ongoing study is evaluating open pit and underground mining potential, supporting Dreadnought’s ambition to become a self-funded explorer with multiple production streams.

Discovery Drilling Identifies Large-Scale Gold Anomalies at Illaara

Dreadnought’s systematic aircore drilling program at Illaara has delineated multiple extensive gold-bearing trends. At the CRA Homestead target, three distinct trends each exceed 2 kilometres in strike, highlighted by intercepts such as 30 metres at 0.2 g/t gold from 90 metres depth. Similarly, the Black Oak prospect revealed four gold trends ranging from 2.5 to over 7 kilometres, with shallow mineralisation including 21 metres at 0.3 g/t gold from surface.

These anomalies are accompanied by strong orogenic gold pathfinder elements like silver, arsenic, and antimony, indicating a large-scale emerging system. Follow-up infill drilling at tighter spacings is planned to refine these targets, reflecting Illaara’s status as one of the most underexplored greenstone belts in the Yilgarn Craton, home to over 30% of the world’s known gold reserves. The project’s proximity to existing mills and infrastructure further enhances its development potential. Diamond drilling at the Stinger prospect extended mineralisation with notable intercepts including 22.3 metres at 1.3% niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5), 19.4 metres at 0.9% total rare earth oxides (TREO), and 19.4 metres at 181 ppm scandium. These grades rank among the highest recorded at Stinger and expand the mineralised footprint, which remains open to the north and northwest.

Mineralogical studies show niobium minerals dominated by pyrochlore and rippite, with ongoing metallurgical testwork to assess processing characteristics. An updated JORC Exploration Target is being prepared to incorporate potential critical metal by-products alongside niobium. The Mangaroon project’s location within the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility zone aligns with Australia’s strategic interests in securing critical minerals essential for energy transition, electronics, and defense sectors.

Corporate Position and Strategic Outlook

Dreadnought ended the quarter with a solid cash position of A$15.7 million, split between A$702,000 in bank accounts and A$15 million in call deposits, supporting ongoing exploration and development activities without equity dilution; no shares were issued during the quarter. The company continues to divest its Mid-West Option while maintaining exposure to upside.
