Dianne Project Nears Final Investment Decision

Revolver Resources Holdings Ltd (ASX:RRR) is pushing hard towards restarting operations at its Dianne Copper Mine Project in northern Queensland. The June quarter saw the company finalise detailed 3D earthworks and facilities layout, moving approximately 800,000 cubic metres of material in a compact, environmentally conscious design. This groundwork sets the stage for a low capital cost heap leach and solvent extraction-electrowinning (SX-EW) operation targeting copper cathode production within 12 months of a positive Final Investment Decision (FID).

Procurement of key SX-EW facility components is underway, with operational scheduling for mining, crushing, heap leach, and cathode output approaching completion. The company has appointed Complete Earthmoving Machinery and Civil Construction Pty Ltd (CEMACC), a local contractor, to handle all civil earthworks and subsequent mining, crushing, and leach pad loading services. Major equipment deliveries, including hydraulic excavators, dozers, graders, and dump trucks, are imminent, positioning the project for a swift transition to construction once funding is secured.

Infrastructure Upgrades Support Development

Critical infrastructure upgrades have been completed, including a 10-kilometre access road now capable of supporting heavy haul trucks, essential for transporting supplies and equipment. The refurbishment and expansion of the on-site accommodation village now supports up to 25 personnel, aligning with the planned ramp-up of construction activities.

The finalised site layout reflects a granular and tightly scoped design that balances operational efficiency with environmental considerations, developed in consultation with specialist stakeholders. This approach aims to minimise the operational footprint while maintaining effective access and utilities integration.

Exploration and Targeting at Osprey Project

Meanwhile, Revolver continues to advance exploration at its 100% owned Osprey Copper Project in northwest Queensland. The company has completed a detailed structural and stratigraphic interpretation of geophysical data, identifying 14 high-priority zones for potential Mount Isa-style copper mineralisation. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being deployed to refine targeting criteria and generate an updated Mineral Prospectivity Index (MPI). Planning is underway for a ground-based geophysical survey to test these targets and define drill locations.

Capital Raising and Financial Position

Revolver successfully completed a capital raising in February 2026, securing approximately A$2.6 million through an equity placement and convertible notes. Shareholder approval was obtained in May, with half of the convertible note proceeds received this quarter. The company's cash balance stood at about A$537,000 as of 30 June 2026, with quarterly exploration and evaluation expenditure of A$810,000 primarily directed at the Dianne project’s pre-construction activities.

Funding discussions are ongoing with potential financiers to secure the necessary capital for the Dianne project’s development and to support company operations. The civil earthworks program is scheduled to commence promptly following a positive FID, which Revolver aims to achieve in the coming months, subject to funding outcomes.

Bottom Line?

Revolver’s Dianne project is poised for a critical funding decision soon, with infrastructure and procurement in place to support rapid development, watch for capital raising success and FID timing.

Questions in the middle?

  • Will Revolver secure full funding to trigger the Final Investment Decision on Dianne?
  • How will AI-driven exploration at Osprey translate into drill-ready targets and potential resource upgrades?
  • What are the risks to the projected 12-month timeline for first copper cathode production post-FID?
