Strategic Entry into US Critical Minerals Sector

Omnia Metals Group Ltd (ASX:OM1) has decisively expanded its footprint by acquiring 100% of American Antimony Metals LLC, which holds the Stibnite Ridge Thompson Falls Antimony and Silver Project in Montana. Alongside this, Omnia directly staked the Radix rare earth elements (REE) and gallium Sheep Creek Project, also in Montana. These moves mark a transformational entry into one of North America’s most strategically significant critical minerals jurisdictions.

The Stibnite Ridge project lies on the Stibnite Hill structural corridor, adjacent to US Antimony Corp (NYSE: UAMY), the only Department of Defense-approved integrated antimony producer in North America. The project shares the same host stratigraphy as UAMY’s Stibnite Hill Mine, noted for being the second largest known stibnite vein deposit in the US. Meanwhile, Radix sits next to the US Critical Minerals’ Sheep Creek deposit, the country’s highest-grade REE and gallium resource, positioned on the same carbonatite geological trend.

Capital Raise and Technical Strengthening

Backing these acquisitions, Omnia completed a $1.5 million placement by issuing 75 million shares at 2 cents each, with an additional $82,500 in director participation approved. This capital injection underpins immediate exploration activities and general working capital. Strengthening its US technical team, Omnia appointed Graham Peterson as Senior Geologist for USA Operations, bringing in-country expertise to accelerate project advancement.

Maiden Field Programs Deliver Promising Assay Results

Omnia wasted no time, completing first-pass field programs at both Montana projects within the quarter. At Radix, 81 samples comprising drainage sediments and rocks were collected and assayed, revealing a standout 209 ppm niobium rock sample (R017) and sediment assays up to 560 ppm total rare earth elements plus yttrium. These results provide a preliminary geochemical framework supporting the Phase 1 targeting study that prioritised the Beaver Creek Carbonatite-Nb Zone, a known historic niobium occurrence.

At Stibnite Ridge, reconnaissance sampling across Omnia’s retained 28-claim tenure returned antimony values ranging from 2.05 to 16 ppm, arsenic up to 40.6 ppm, and silver up to 0.082 ppm. While the company elected not to contest competing third-party claims over part of the initial 70-claim block, it is focusing on the more prospective retained claims for further assessment.

Australian Portfolio and Cash Position

Beyond the US, Omnia continued to progress its Australian projects, notably planning a follow-up Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic (VTEM) survey over the Ord Basin Cu-PGE-Ni Project in Western Australia to refine conductive targets ahead of drilling. No field work occurred at the Salt Creek gold project during the quarter, with efforts focused on integrating geological data from prior drilling.

Omnia ended the quarter with a healthy cash balance of approximately $2.6 million, well positioned to fund ongoing US exploration, the planned VTEM survey, and general corporate activities.

Next Steps and Exploration Priorities

Looking ahead to the September quarter, Omnia plans to integrate assay results with geological and geophysical data at Radix, prioritising catchments and rock clusters with coincident rare earth and niobium anomalies. Follow-up work will target the high-priority niobium anomaly at R017, including resampling, detailed mapping, and mineralogical studies. The company also intends tighter-spaced sediment sampling to better vector potential bedrock sources.

At Stibnite Ridge, ongoing evaluation of the retained tenure will guide further exploration decisions. Meanwhile, contracting and scheduling for the Ord Basin VTEM survey will progress, subject to seasonal and logistical considerations. Omnia remains alert to additional advanced-stage critical minerals opportunities in the US, signalling a disciplined growth approach.
