US Department of Energy Partnership Targets Rare Earth Recovery
Central to the strategy is a Strategic Partnership Projects Agreement with UT-Battelle, LLC, operator of Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), focused on developing an economical method to extract HREE+Y from Garnet Hills garnet. The program, led by a garnet geochemistry expert, is progressing through four research tasks and capped at US$100,000 in Pure’s operational spend.
