Centuria Capital Group and ResetData have locked in major infrastructure and financing deals, including a $165 million GPU bridge facility and 72MW of power capacity, to accelerate their AI Factory deployment with customer revenue expected in 2H FY27.
- Master Services Agreement with CDC Data Centres for initial 7MW power allocation
- Secured 72MW power generation units for 2028 delivery with multi-site options
- $165 million GPU bridge financing facility executed with Macquarie Bank
- Customer demand exceeds near-term deployment capacity
- Revenue on track to commence in second half of FY27
Major GPU Financing and Power Capacity Secured
Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) and its 50%-owned AI infrastructure arm ResetData have reached key milestones in their AI Factory rollout, securing a $165 million GPU bridge financing facility with Macquarie Bank. This facility complements existing arrangements with Dell Financial Services and will fund staged NVIDIA GPU procurement to support growing customer demand.
Alongside financing, the group has locked in 72MW of dedicated power generation units for delivery in 2028, accelerating deployment timelines by about two years. This capacity forms part of Centuria’s broader 250MW+ infrastructure pipeline and offers multi-site flexibility, underpinning future expansions beyond the initial AI Factory stages.
Data Centre Agreements and Capacity Expansion
ResetData has signed a Master Services Agreement with CDC Data Centres, securing an initial 7MW power allocation with a Letter of Intent to increase capacity to 10MW, subject to binding contracts within six weeks. GPUs have already been ordered for part of this deployment, with revenue expected to start in the second half of FY27.
Further discussions are underway with other third-party data centre operators to expand power capacity for 2027 deployments. Centuria has also elected not to proceed with a previously announced 13MW heads of agreement, opting instead for alternative opportunities offering greater scale and better long-term economics.
Customer Demand Outpaces Capacity
Customer enquiries continue to exceed ResetData’s near-term sovereign AI compute capacity, with multiple opportunities advancing through commercial and technical negotiations. A strategic Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with an investment-grade corporation for approximately 2MW of staged capacity in Centuria-owned data centres, although this remains non-binding and subject to final agreements.
ResetData has completed ordering GPUs for AI Factory 1 (AI-F1) Stage 2, finalising this phase’s capacity build-out. Financing for AI-F1 remains supported by Dell Financial Services and a Centuria parent guarantee, aligning with the company’s plan to commence customer revenue in 2H FY27.
Capital Raising Supports Growth Initiatives
These developments build on the momentum from Centuria’s $300 million equity raising completed in June 2026, which included a $35 million retail entitlement offer. Proceeds from the raise are being used to back parent company guarantees linked to project financing arrangements, reinforcing the financial foundation for ResetData’s expansion.
Centuria has reaffirmed its FY26 guidance and will provide a comprehensive update at its annual results announcement scheduled for 27 August 2026.
Bottom Line?
Centuria and ResetData’s infrastructure and financing milestones set the stage for scaling AI deployments, but converting strong customer interest into contracted revenue remains the critical next step.
Questions in the middle?
- Will ResetData secure binding contracts to expand CDC Data Centres capacity beyond the initial 7MW?
- How quickly can Centuria fast-track additional power capacity to meet accelerating customer demand?
- What impact will Macquarie Bank’s GPU bridge financing have on ResetData’s competitive positioning in sovereign AI infrastructure?
