White Cliff Minerals (ASX:WCN) has reported assay results from its Rae Copper Project confirming high-grade copper-silver mineralisation extending to more than 280 metres vertical depth at the Danvers 3 system. Drillhole DAN26030, a scissor hole to DAN26015, returned multiple significant copper intervals, including 13.86 metres at 1.98% copper and 10.41g/t silver, and a standout 5.45 metres at 4.36% copper and 23.8g/t silver. The hole ended in mineralisation with the final 9.64 metres grading 1.08% copper and 8.62g/t silver, leaving the system open at depth.
This vertical continuity marks a crucial step in transitioning Danvers from a high-grade discovery to a better-understood, expandable copper system. The mineralised footprint around DAN26012 now extends approximately 866 metres laterally and beyond 280 metres vertically, rivaling the scale of the historic Danvers 1 mineralised envelope.

Assays from DAN26030 revealed a pronounced lead-rich zone adjacent to and partially overlapping the deeper copper-silver mineralisation. The strongest lead values occur near the upper portion of the deeper copper zone before sharply decreasing downhole as copper grades continue. This metal zonation provides an important new geochemical vector for targeting thicker and higher-grade copper zones within Danvers 3.
Combined with sulphide assemblages and oriented-core structural data, this metal zonation will be integrated into follow-up drill targeting strategies, potentially improving the efficiency of resource delineation.
Ongoing Drilling and Exploration Plans
White Cliff Minerals is now progressing diamond drilling to infill the regionally spaced Phase 1 holes, refining targets as structural controls on mineralisation become clearer. The next phase of drilling will prioritise stepping out from high-grade zones at Danvers 3, testing strike and depth extensions at Danvers 1, and exploring extensions to Danvers 2 and Danvers 4, where previous drilling has also returned high-grade copper.
Pending assay results from 13 holes will be progressively incorporated into targeting models, particularly around Danvers 1 where mineralisation remains open along strike. This iterative approach aims to build out the resource volume and confidence ahead of potential resource estimation updates.
Historic Resource and Metallurgical Insights
The Rae Copper Project hosts a historic resource estimate at Danvers of 4.16 million tons grading 2.96% copper, though this estimate is not compliant with JORC standards and requires further validation.
