DXN Limited (ASX:DXN) has secured a significant $4.1 million contract from Australia Pacific Airports (Melbourne) Pty Ltd (APAM) to supply a prefabricated Edge data centre facility at Melbourne Airport. This facility is a key component of APAM’s Airport Development Plan for Information and Communication Technology (ADP ICT), aimed at bolstering critical ICT infrastructure at one of Australia’s busiest aviation and freight hubs.
The contract covers the full spectrum of design, engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the modular data centre. DXN will leverage its factory-based manufacturing network to assemble and pre-test the facility before delivering it to the airport site, with commissioning expected by the end of the first half of calendar year 2027.
