FIN Resources Limited (ASX:FIN) has commenced an aggressive 2026 summer diamond drilling campaign at its 100% owned Cabin Lake Gold Project in Canada’s Northwest Territories. The program, fully funded and comprising 15 planned drillholes, targets 14 priority exploration zones identified through recent high-resolution induced polarisation (IP) and magnetic surveys combined with historical data. Cabin Lake has already delivered impressive shallow gold intersections, including a standout 26.1 metres grading 12.0 g/t gold from 14.9 metres depth, which contained a high-grade 5.0 metres at 59.8 g/t gold (hole CL-26-001). Another hole (CL-26-002) returned 7.8 metres at 18.2 g/t gold, including 4.0 metres at 35.0 g/t gold. The remaining four targets come from magnetic survey interpretations that reveal zones of reduced magnetism and structural complexity, potentially reflecting alteration or magnetite replacement by sulphides.
