This deal marks the first time SenSen’s flagship Physical AI platform, SenDISA, will be applied to environmental enforcement, expanding its footprint beyond traditional transport and parking compliance.

The trial involves deploying seven acoustic enforcement cameras across noisy vehicle hotspots in Victoria, including Port Phillip, Casey, Knox, and Stonnington councils. The initial phase will see four cameras installed, with locations chosen based on noisy vehicle reports and logistical considerations. The cameras will capture noise violations and vehicle registration data, enabling EPA to issue notices requiring noise testing at accredited facilities, with fines for non-compliance reaching up to $1,221 for individuals and $6,105 for companies.

SenDISA is designed as a sensor-agnostic Physical AI operating system, integrating multiple sensing technologies such as computer vision, ANPR, GPS, RFID, LiDAR, and now Class 1 acoustic sensing.
