EBOS Group has fixed the dividend reinvestment price for its 2026 final distribution at NZD 20.47 per share, representing a 2% discount to the relevant NZX VWAP. The total payment remains NZD 0.63670588 per share, with cash distributions due on 18 September.

  • NZD 20.47 DRP strike price
  • 2% discount to NZX VWAP
  • NZD 0.63670588 total distribution per share
  • Fully franked NZD 0.615 ordinary dividend
  • AUD equivalent due on 11 September

DRP Price Set at NZD 20.47

EBOS Group Limited (ASX:EBO) has filled in the last important detail of its 2026 final dividend: participating shareholders will receive new shares at NZD 20.47 each under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan. The price includes a 2% discount to the NZX volume-weighted average price calculated over 31 August to 4 September.

The update does not change the underlying distribution. EBOS will pay NZD 0.63670588 per share in total, comprising a fully franked ordinary dividend of NZD 0.615 and an unfranked supplementary dividend of NZD 0.02170588. Shareholders who did not elect to participate in the DRP will default to a cash payment.

Cash Payment and Share Issue Due 18 September

The final dividend relates to the six months ended 30 June 2026, with the record date having passed on 28 August and the ex-dividend date on 27 August. Cash payments and the issue of DRP shares are both scheduled for 18 September 2026.

For Australian holders, EBOS will calculate the payment in Australian dollars using the NZD amount and the exchange rate set on Friday, 11 September. That AUD equivalent was not included in this update, leaving currency conversion as the remaining near-term detail before payment.

At NZD 20.47, the DRP gives participating holders a defined reinvestment price rather than simply applying the distribution to shares bought at the prevailing market price. The practical question now is how many shareholders choose reinvestment, and therefore how much of the final distribution is returned as cash versus converted into newly issued equity.

Bottom Line?

The dividend terms are now largely set; the next material datapoint is the AUD conversion on 11 September, followed by payment and DRP share issuance on 18 September.

Questions in the middle?

  • What AUD equivalent will apply to Australian shareholders on 11 September?
  • How many eligible holders will elect to reinvest at NZD 20.47?
  • How many new shares will EBOS issue through the DRP on 18 September?
