Titan’s Dynasty drilling reveals new scale at Kaliman
Titan Minerals has reported broad, near-surface gold-silver-copper mineralisation at Kaliman and wider, higher-grade intercepts at Brecha-Comanche within its Dynasty project in Ecuador. The results add momentum to a 20,000-metre drilling program ahead of a planned Q1 2027 resource update and scoping study.
- 184.4m at 0.8 g/t gold, 3.3 g/t silver and 0.13% copper at Kaliman
- 363.8m at 0.5 g/t gold, 2.5 g/t silver and 0.11% copper at Kaliman
- Brecha-Comanche intercept includes 34.4m at 2.9 g/t gold and 13.9 g/t silver
- 39 diamond holes completed for 9,100m, with assays pending from 17 holes
- Dynasty MRE update and scoping study targeted for Q1 2027

Kaliman returns long shallow porphyry intercepts
Titan Minerals Limited (ASX:TTM) has produced some of its broadest reported intersections yet from the Kaliman target at Ecuador’s Dynasty Gold Project, with mineralisation beginning only metres below surface. Hole CVDD25-195 returned 184.4 metres at 0.8 g/t gold, 3.3 g/t silver and 0.13% copper from 3.6 metres, while CVDD25-191 delivered 363.8 metres at 0.5 g/t gold, 2.5 g/t silver and 0.11% copper from 2.2 metres.
The Kaliman results are notable not simply for their length. The porphyry-hosted mineralisation is accompanied by higher-grade epithermal zones, including 11 metres at 7.6 g/t gold and 22.4 g/t silver within CVDD25-195, and 24.7 metres at 2.5 g/t gold and 14.3 g/t silver within CVDD25-191. Titan says the mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth, with a southerly plunge now providing another target for follow-up drilling.
The company has been steadily expanding the drilling effort behind Dynasty. Its expanded Dynasty drilling program previously included additional capacity ahead of the resource update and scoping study, and Titan now says 39 diamond holes totalling 9,100 metres have been completed in the 2026 program. Assays from 17 holes remain outstanding.
Brecha-Comanche drilling beats the current model
At Brecha-Comanche, within the Cerro Verde prospect, infill drilling has also returned intervals Titan describes as wider and higher grade than modelled in the March 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate. Hole CVDD26-215 intersected 34.4 metres at 2.9 g/t gold, 13.9 g/t silver and 0.17% copper from 202.6 metres, including 9.6 metres at 3.7 g/t gold, 34.8 g/t silver and 0.52% copper.
Other results from the target included 19.3 metres at 2.3 g/t gold and 10.7 g/t silver in CVDD26-207. CVDD26-212 returned several mineralised intervals, including 9.4 metres at 1.8 g/t gold and 6.3 g/t silver, 9.2 metres at 1.8 g/t gold and 5.3 g/t silver, and a narrower high-grade interval of 1.7 metres at 10.6 g/t gold and 31.4 g/t silver.
These are exploration results rather than a revised resource. The reported widths are downhole lengths, and Titan cautions that true thicknesses have not yet been established. Even so, the company says the outcomes support further infill drilling in shallow areas within its conceptual pit and may identify mineralisation missed by earlier, wider-spaced drilling.
Pending assays sit between drilling and the 2027 study
Titan’s March 2026 Dynasty resource stands at 3.90 million ounces of gold and 26.10 million ounces of silver, including 2.70 million gold ounces and 16.15 million silver ounces at Cerro Verde. The current campaign is designed both to convert existing material into higher-confidence resource categories and to test extensions, including a shear-hosted corridor that the company says sits outside the 2026 estimate.
Four diamond rigs are operating at Dynasty, with an RC rig due to join the fleet. Titan is targeting a Q1 2027 update to the Mineral Resource Estimate and a Dynasty Scoping Study in the same quarter. The eventual significance of the latest intercepts will depend on continuity, true widths, resource classification and how much of the additional mineralisation can be incorporated into mine planning and economic studies.
Bottom Line?
The drilling is supplying a strong flow of targets and assays, but the investment case still turns on whether the broad intercepts translate into a larger, mineable and economically improved resource in Q1 2027.
Questions in the middle?
- How much of the Kaliman mineralisation can be traced with sufficient continuity to enter the next resource estimate?
- Will the 17 pending assays confirm the pattern of broad and higher-grade mineralisation across Cerro Verde?
- Can the Q1 2027 resource update and scoping study convert exploration upside into a materially stronger development case?
