Yancoal enters Kestrel era as coal prices lift cash generation

• A$170/t average realised coal price, up from A$160/t in the June quarter
• A$340 million increase in cash before the Kestrel transaction and A$92.4 million interim dividend
• Kestrel earnings recognised from 1 October after completion of the 80% acquisition
• Attributable saleable production up 4% year to date and tracking toward the upper half of guidance
