Revolver's A$3m bridge loan keeps Dianne copper works moving
Revolver Resources has secured a A$3 million bridge facility to fund the next stage of early works at its Dianne Copper Mine Project. The funding removes an immediate development hurdle, but the larger financing package needed for construction remains unfinished.
- A$3 million secured bridge facility available immediately
- Six-month term with A$3.7 million bullet repayment
- Funds key civil works, SX/EW design and long-lead procurement
- Broader package still needed for approximately A$20 million of pre-production capital and A$10 million of working capital
- First copper cathode targeted within 12 months of full-scale construction

A$3 Million Bridge Facility Unlocks More Dianne Early Works
Revolver Resources Holdings Ltd (ASX:RRR) has secured immediate access to A$3 million of development funding for its Dianne Copper Mine Project in north-west Queensland, giving the company room to keep construction preparation moving while it negotiates a much larger project finance package.
The six-month facility with BBPRI Pty Ltd, trading as Blackbird, carries interest of 1.75% a month, fully capitalised over the term. It is secured against Dianne project assets and is due to be repaid in a single A$3.7 million bullet payment at maturity, including principal, capitalised interest and fees. The documentation contains no conditions precedent to drawdown.
Civil Works and SX/EW Procurement Move Ahead
Revolver said the funds will support key civil works, completion of solvent extraction and electrowinning design, and procurement of long-lead items. Those activities build on the site's existing design, infrastructure and procurement program, including the Dianne layout and SX-EW procurement previously reported by the company.
The company describes the bridge loan as an interim solution rather than the financing required to build and operate the mine. Negotiations continue over a comprehensive package covering roughly A$20 million of pre-production capital, about A$10 million of working capital and product offtake requirements. Revolver said potential counterparties acknowledge the bridge funding, with repayment intended to coincide with financial close and first drawdown of that broader package.
Final Investment Decision Still Depends on Full Funding
The next major corporate milestone is completion of the comprehensive funding package, followed by a Final Investment Decision. Only then is full-scale construction expected to begin, with residual contractor and equipment mobilisation scheduled after the decision.
That sequence matters because the bridge facility funds preparatory work, not the full development. The company remains focused on the Dianne funding crossroads, but the central financing dependency identified in that earlier update has not yet been resolved.
First Cathode Target Remains Tied to Construction Start
Revolver continues to target first copper cathode within 12 months of full-scale construction commencing. Its stated plan also forecasts approximately 14.5kt of copper cathode over an initial four-year operating life, based on the assumptions and technical parameters of its January 2026 recommencement study.
The near-term test is therefore not simply whether the A$3 million can be drawn. It is whether early works can progress without the broader funding package, financial close and FID slipping beyond the company's planned sequence. The secured nature and A$3.7 million repayment obligation also leave a clear financing deadline if that package takes longer than expected.
Bottom Line?
The bridge loan buys development momentum, but Dianne's construction timetable still turns on securing the substantially larger funding package and reaching FID.
Questions in the middle?
- When will Revolver complete the broader funding package covering capital, working capital and offtake?
- How much of the A$3 million facility will be drawn, and which early works will it fund first?
- Can financial close and FID occur before the six-month bridge maturity creates a repayment pressure point?
