Hallmark contract adds 1,800 UK licences

PainChek Limited (ASX:PCK) has won a contract with Hallmark Luxury Care Homes covering its entire portfolio of 23 residential, nursing and dementia care homes across England and Wales. The agreement adds approximately 1,800 committed resident licences to PainChek’s UK customer base, with new recurring revenue expected from 2027.

The licences are incremental to PainChek’s previously reported figures. At 30 June 2026, the company had 33,470 implemented UK licences and A$1.85 million in implemented annual recurring revenue, within a global base of 90,198 implemented licences generating A$4.46 million in implemented ARR.

Rollout spans 23 homes from January

Implementation is scheduled to begin in late January 2027, with full rollout expected by 30 June. Staff training will support the deployment, while PainChek said its immediate focus is embedding the application into day-to-day care and establishing ongoing use across Hallmark’s portfolio.

The contract extends PainChek’s UK footprint into six Hallmark homes in Wales as well as its English sites. Hallmark said the technology would give care teams an additional tool for assessing pain, particularly among residents who cannot reliably communicate how they feel.

Contract value remains undisclosed

For shareholders, the win provides a defined customer rollout and a measurable addition to the contracted UK base, but not yet a precise financial forecast. PainChek has not disclosed the contract value, pricing, billing commencement date or exact recurring revenue contribution. Any further adoption across future Hallmark homes or acquisitions would require a separate agreement.

The commercial test now moves from signing to execution: whether January implementation proceeds as planned, how quickly licences become active and whether usage becomes embedded across all 23 homes by the June target. Those milestones will determine how much of the contracted opportunity appears in PainChek’s 2027 revenue and ARR figures.

Bottom Line?

The contract strengthens PainChek’s UK licence base, but its financial impact will only become clearer as implementation, billing and adoption milestones are delivered in 2027.

Questions in the middle?

  • When will billing begin, and what recurring revenue will the 1,800 licences contribute?
  • Can PainChek complete training and rollout across all 23 homes by 30 June 2027?
  • Will Hallmark’s future homes or acquisitions create additional contracted licences?
