SiteMinder is targeting mid-20s annual recurring revenue growth through FY30 and an adjusted EBITDA margin in the mid-20s, as it positions its hotel commerce platform for an AI-led shift in bookings and revenue management. The company entered that plan after FY26 revenue reached A$266 million and adjusted EBITDA margin rose to 10.6%.

- FY26 revenue reached A$266 million after 22% annual growth
- Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 10.6%, with adjusted free cash flow of A$10.5 million
- Smart Platform transaction gross margin rose to 39.4% in FY26
- Dynamic Revenue Plus 2.0 planned for January 2027
SiteMinder raises the bar for recurring revenue and margins
SiteMinder Limited (ASX:SDR) has put a sharper number on its AI growth story: mid-20s annual recurring revenue growth from FY26 closing levels through FY30, alongside an adjusted EBITDA margin in the mid-20s by the end of that period. For FY27, management expects closing ARR to grow at a mid-20s rate on a constant-currency and organic basis, while adjusted EBITDA margin is expected to expand meaningfully.
The targets build on a materially stronger FY26 base. Revenue reached A$266 million, representing approximately 22% annual growth on a constant-currency and organic basis, while adjusted EBITDA margin improved from negative 19.3% in FY22 to 10.6%. Adjusted free cash flow more than doubled to A$10.5 million. The company’s earlier FY26 performance update had highlighted the same combination of revenue growth, improving profitability and Smart Platform adoption.
Smart Platform expands transaction revenue and gross margins
SiteMinder’s argument is that growth should come from two complementary engines: adding hotels and selling more products to those already on the platform. From FY22 to FY26, its property base grew at a 13% compound annual rate, while average revenue per property rose approximately 9% annually on a constant-currency and organic basis.
The newer transaction-led products are already changing the economics of the platform. Adjusted transaction gross margin increased from 32% in FY24 to 39.4% in FY26, while Dynamic Revenue Plus customer billings more than doubled in the September quarter compared with the June quarter. Channels Plus now has more than 400,000 rooms listed, with version 2.0 expected to launch in late 2026.
AI products target hotel pricing, distribution and booking demand
SiteMinder says its Dynamic Commerce Engine is designed to translate hotel intent into action across almost 50 commercial parameters, including pricing, rate plans, promotions, room mapping and channel availability. The company is also connecting hotels to emerging AI booking channels and embedding its capabilities in partner platforms through SiteMinder Powered.
That strategy rests on an existing network of 56,000 hotels across more than 150 countries, with connections to over 400 technology partners and more than 500 distribution partners. SiteMinder says its platform processes more than 140 million reservations and over 100 billion pricing, inventory, availability and booking messages each year. The company’s AI-enabled Smart Platform strategy had previously been presented as the route to combining hotel data, revenue management and distribution execution.
Efficiency gains form the second half of the margin case
Revenue expansion is only part of the forecast. SiteMinder says it is redesigning processes across customer engagement, sales, engineering and customer success, with AI used to automate rules-based work while human employees retain control over decisions involving judgement, risk and trust. It expects these initiatives to accelerate efficiency improvements in the first half of FY27, within existing operating and capital expenditure plans.
The company also points to a sizeable but explicitly illustrative monetisation opportunity. Its hotel network represents more than A$85 billion in annual gross booking value and over 300 million room nights; FY26 revenue equated to approximately 0.3% of that booking value. A full-product-adoption illustration rises above 1.5%, but SiteMinder stresses that this is not a forecast and depends on customer adoption and usage.
Product launches and execution will test the forecast
The next markers are operational rather than purely financial. Dynamic Revenue Plus 2.0 is planned for January 2027, with advanced analytics, greater pricing automation, deeper integration and personalised revenue coaching. The company also expects its AI connectivity, Dynamic Commerce Engine and partner distribution initiatives to convert a broader hotel workflow into recurring and transaction revenue.
SiteMinder’s guidance is conditional on successful adoption and scaling of those products. That leaves a clear test for the next few reporting periods: whether the company can turn a growing installed base and an increasingly ambitious product suite into the mid-20s ARR trajectory without surrendering the margin improvement already achieved.
Bottom Line?
SiteMinder has supplied a stronger medium-term framework, but its credibility now depends on Smart Platform adoption, AI-enabled efficiency gains and sustained transaction margin expansion.
Questions in the middle?
- Can Smart Platform adoption accelerate enough to support mid-20s ARR growth through FY27 and beyond?
- Will AI-driven operating efficiencies translate into the projected mid-20s adjusted EBITDA margin by FY30?
- How much of the illustrated 1.5% gross booking value monetisation opportunity can customers actually adopt and use?
