EdenCrete Builds a US$1 Million Ecuador Customer Relationship

Eden Innovations has secured a fifth EdenCrete Pz7 order from Holcim Ecuador, taking cumulative purchases from the customer beyond US$1 million. The repeat demand is prompting Eden to assess whether South America deserves a larger strategic focus.

  • US$334,110 order from Holcim Ecuador
  • Cumulative customer orders reach US$1.032 million
  • Fifth EdenCrete Pz7 order since May 2024
  • Two latest orders total approximately A$962,000
  • South American expansion remains under evaluation

Ecuador Customer Takes EdenCrete Orders Past US$1 Million

Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX:EDE) has received a US$334,110 order, worth approximately A$475,000, for its EdenCrete Pz7 concrete additive from Holcim Ecuador. It is the fifth order from the same customer since May 2024, lifting cumulative purchases to US$1,031,980, or about A$1.47 million at the exchange rate used by Eden.

The latest purchase will be used across the customer’s concrete plants in Ecuador, including high-strength and lower-carbon concrete mixes. The two most recent orders, placed within roughly 11 months, total US$675,960, equivalent to approximately A$962,000. That sequence is more consequential than the headline order alone: it gives Eden evidence of repeat plant-level demand rather than a single project trial.

The Ecuador order adds to Eden’s wider EdenCrete rollout, after the company reported six new bulk installations during the first quarter of FY27. However, the announcement does not disclose delivery timing, margins, payment terms or the order’s expected contribution to group revenue.

Eden Considers a Larger South American Focus

Ecuador’s construction market is providing a supportive backdrop. National cement dispatches rose 13% year on year to 3.44 million tonnes in the January to August 2026 period, according to data cited by Eden, following construction-sector growth of 6.2% in 2025. Eden says the country now provides an established market, a reference customer and operating experience that could assist its assessment of other South and Central American opportunities.

That assessment is still exploratory. Eden said no decision has been made on the scope or timing of any regional initiative, leaving the next tangible tests relatively clear: whether Holcim Ecuador places further orders, whether the latest purchase converts into reported sales and whether new customers emerge beyond the existing foothold. A larger regional strategy will require more than a successful customer relationship; it will need repeatable economics across additional markets.

Bottom Line?

The milestone validates repeat Ecuador demand, but the investment case still turns on fulfilment, cash conversion and whether Eden can replicate the relationship elsewhere in the region.

Questions in the middle?

  • Will the latest order be recognised promptly, and at what margin and cash conversion?
  • Can Eden secure additional South American customers beyond Holcim Ecuador?
  • Will the company make a formal decision to increase its regional focus, and what resources would that require?
