• All Stage 1 equipment ordered and paid for, with final shipments expected within two months
• Laboratory process continues to show at least an 80% efficiency uplift over the fourth pilot method
• Stage 2 commissioning targeted for Q3 CY2027, subject to funding, premises and permits
