A$3 million bridge loan supports Dianne while A$30 million package remains pending

Revolver Resources has secured a A$3 million bridge facility to advance early works at its Dianne copper project, while its quarter-end cash balance covered less than one quarter of reported outgoings. The company still needs a broader package for construction, working capital and offtake before it can reach a Final Investment Decision.

  • A$3 million six-month bridge facility secured after quarter end
  • Bridge carries a A$3.7 million bullet repayment at maturity
  • Comprehensive funding package targets about A$30 million plus offtake arrangements
  • Quarter-end cash stood at A$364,000, equal to 0.75 quarters of funding
  • Dianne first copper cathode remains targeted within 12 months of construction starting

Bridge funding moves Dianne into its next construction phase

Revolver Resources Holdings Limited (ASX:RRR) has bought itself time, rather than yet secured a mine. The company executed binding documentation after quarter end for a A$3 million bridge facility with BBPRI Pty Ltd, trading as Blackbird, to fund further early works at the Dianne Copper Mine Project in northern Queensland.

The six-month facility carries interest of 1.75% a month, capitalised over the term, and is secured against Dianne project assets. It requires a bullet repayment of A$3.7 million at maturity, covering principal, capitalised interest and fees. The report does not state the amount drawn under the new facility.

The funding is intended to support key civil works, completion of the solvent extraction and electrowinning, or SX/EW, design and procurement of long-lead items. That work builds on the project’s existing development program and follows the earlier Dianne bridge facility, which had been reported as addressing an immediate hurdle while larger project finance remained unfinished.

Full funding remains the decisive hurdle

Revolver is negotiating a comprehensive package covering about A$20 million in pre-production capital, roughly A$10 million of working capital and product offtake requirements. The company says potential funding counterparties recognise the bridge arrangement and that repayment is planned to coincide with financial close and first drawdown of the larger package.

That sequence matters. The company’s stated pathway is to complete the full funding package, make a Final Investment Decision, mobilise remaining contractors and equipment, and then begin full-scale construction. First copper cathode is forecast within 12 months of construction starting, with total output of approximately 14.5 kilotonnes of copper over an initial four-year operating life. Those are forecasts carried forward from the January 2026 restart study, not production already under way.

Cash position leaves little room for delay

Revolver ended September with approximately A$364,000 in cash, down from A$537,000 at the start of the quarter. It spent A$287,000 on exploration and evaluation, largely on Dianne recommencement and pre-construction work, alongside A$199,000 in administrative and corporate costs. On the Appendix 5B calculation, available cash represented 0.7489 quarters of funding based on relevant outgoings.

The company says the bridge loan provides short-term operating capital while negotiations continue. It has also extended its At-The-Market equity facility with Alpha Investment Partners for another 24 months, preserving another potential source of equity funding but leaving the timing, scale and consequences of any future issuance open.

Osprey targets remain at the exploration stage

Away from Dianne, Revolver identified 14 high-priority zones across its 765-square-kilometre Osprey Copper Project in northwest Queensland as targets for Mt Isa-style copper mineralisation. Ground geophysical planning and an AI modelling overlay are continuing, with the aim of refining those areas into direct drill targets. No drilling outcome or new discovery was reported in the quarter.

Bottom Line?

The bridge facility keeps Dianne’s early works moving, but the investment case still turns on a larger funding and offtake package arriving before the six-month repayment falls due.

Questions in the middle?

  • How much of the A$3 million bridge has been drawn, and how will Revolver fund the A$3.7 million maturity payment?
  • Can the company complete the broader package for about A$20 million of pre-production capital, A$10 million of working capital and offtake before FID?
  • Will the extended ATM facility be needed to support operations or project funding, and what equity issuance could that involve?
