Magnetite Mines has opened a partially underwritten share purchase plan targeting approximately $1 million from eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders. Investors who receive shares will also be entitled to one free listed option per share, subject to shareholder approval.

OD6 Metals has secured A$6.92 million from institutional and sophisticated investors to advance drilling, bulk sampling and resource definition at its Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada. The funding also sets up a proposed rebrand to Adaven, but brings dilution and a substantial package of shareholder approvals.

Iltani Resources has secured firm commitments for a $4.6 million placement, anchored by a $1.5 million investment from QIC’s Queensland Critical Minerals Fund. The funding will support a 145-hole drilling program at the Orient Silver-Zinc-Indium Project before the wet season, with further work planned in 2027.
