FOS Capital has secured firm commitments for a non-underwritten $1.86 million placement at $0.12 a share and will seek up to another $750,000 through a Share Purchase Plan. The raise will fund working capital, the Queensland Schools Lighting Upgrade Program, Aldridge Traffic Systems expansion and cost-reduction initiatives.

Aureka Limited (ASX:AKA) has opened a share purchase plan targeting approximately $1.5 million at $0.12 per share, giving eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders access to the same price as its recent placement. The funds are earmarked for production investment, working capital and exploration drilling.

Terrain Minerals has secured a $1 million commitment from Gandel Metals at a 33.33% premium to market, anchoring a broader $2.513 million placement and rights issue. The funds will support the company’s largest planned RC drilling campaign at the Lightning gold and silver project.

Jameson Resources has opened the retail leg of a A$5 million accelerated entitlement offer, giving eligible shareholders the chance to buy new shares at a 22.2% discount to the latest stated closing price. The company says institutional demand has already delivered about A$3.7 million, with a further A$1.59 million placement, but the retail component remains non-underwritten.

Mount Ridley Mines has told ASX it holds no unreleased exploration results that explain its share price rise, while confirming three testwork programs remain in progress. The company also disclosed that an institutional investor had approached it about participating in its current capital raising.

Zenith Minerals has acknowledged Forrestania Resources’ completed capital raising and acquisition of the Edna May Gold Project, but the takeover process remains subject to the Takeovers Panel’s final orders. Further disclosure from Zenith is still pending.

Argosy Minerals has opened a share purchase plan targeting up to $0.5 million at $0.036 a share, matching its recently completed placement price. Manuka Resources has secured A$14.5 million through a placement to fund finishing its silver de-slime circuit and accelerate production at Wonawinta, targeting first gold sales by September and silver revenues from January 2027.
