The strategy offers greater supply-chain control, but the plant requires restructuring and carries estimated legacy liabilities of R$15.3 million.

Accelerate Resources has completed three large-diameter diamond holes at its Area 42 manganese project, with visual mineralisation recorded in each hole. The standout hole covered a 72m downhole span and ended in mineralised chert breccia, but assays and metallurgical results are still pending.

Rox Resources has reached financial close on A$350 million of debt facilities for the Youanmi Gold Mine, removing the conditions that had stood between the funding package and construction spending. 6K Additive has completed a six-year, US$27.4 million secured loan with the US Export-Import Bank to expand production of critical metal powders in Pennsylvania.
