Latest Mineral Resource Update News

Sinclair Gold has extended gold mineralisation up to 230 metres beyond the northern Mt Henry resource boundary, including a 0.4-metre interval grading 122.7g/t. Drilling has also identified mineralisation 250 metres south of the main resource, with assays pending from 30 holes.

QMines has intersected further high-grade copper-gold mineralisation beneath the flooded Mt Chalmers pit, led by 26.2 metres at 2.0% copper equivalent including 2.4 metres at 9.1% CuEq. The results strengthen the geological model and leave mineralisation open, but continuity, true widths and the eventual resource impact remain unconfirmed.

Horizon Gold has reported its strongest Snook intercept to date, including 44 metres at 5.08g/t gold, as drilling points to deeper resource potential at Gum Creek. Results at Cobia and Alma May could also support maiden resources, although further drilling and technical work remain ahead.

Ausgold advanced construction, permitting and drilling at its Katanning Gold Project during the September quarter, while its proposed A$776 million takeover by OceanaGold began to reshape the development timetable. The planned end-2026 resource update and final investment decision have both been deferred as shareholders prepare to vote on the scheme.

QMines has returned its first modern assay results from beneath the flooded Mt Chalmers pit, with two pontoon holes grading nearly 20% above the existing resource model. A high-grade polymetallic lens and 37 pending assays give the drilling campaign a substantial next phase.

Delta Lithium has outlined Q4 reconnaissance drilling across six Yinnetharra targets, including two gold anomalies supported by high-grade rock-chip and historic drill results. At Mt Ida, new lithium, tantalum and rubidium intersections are feeding a resource update while a 1-tonne metallurgical program moves ahead.

Beacon Minerals has reported a sharp FY2026 recovery, underpinned by higher gold revenue, Lady Ida production and a substantial increase in the Iguana Ore Reserve. The headline profit includes a sizeable asset-sale gain, leaving the next test focused on recurring mine performance.

Saturn Metals has extended the Apollo Hill gold system up to 1km north of its existing 2.83Moz Mineral Resource, with several high-grade intersections among the latest results. A 50-hole, 10,000m RC program is now underway to test continuity and support a planned resource update.

Iltani Resources has reported some of its strongest Orient West drilling results, including a 2-metre intercept grading 2,561 g/t silver equivalent. The company says the latest 16 holes support continuity and could underpin an expanded Mineral Resource later this year.

New assays from Sinclair Gold’s Mt Henry project extend mineralisation beyond the current 1.8Moz resource at both Mt Henry and Selene. Five rigs are continuing step-out drilling, with 33 holes outside the resource footprint still awaiting assays.

Corazon Mining has begun a 50-hole, approximately 7,500-metre RC drilling program at its Chalice Gold Project in Western Australia. The campaign will test near-surface extensions to the existing 191,000-ounce resource, while the company cautions that its larger 830,000-ounce Exploration Target remains conceptual.

Resources & Energy Group has reported strong gold intercepts from grade control drilling at its Maranoa project in Western Australia, including 2 metres at 15.84g/t and 4 metres at 10.38g/t. The results support further mine-planning work, but do not yet change the deposit’s existing inferred resource.
