Inghams Group Limited (ASX:ING) returned to poultry volume growth in FY26, but rising costs, a tax dispute and weaker earnings sharply reduced shareholder returns. The company enters FY27 with lower net debt, elevated leverage and a value-led turnaround strategy still to prove itself.

Solaris Australian Equity Income Plus reported A$727,000 of inaugural net profit after tax and a flat portfolio return that beat its benchmark by 1.01 percentage points. The listed investment company also disclosed three fully franked monthly dividends, although one note contains an apparent inconsistency in the amounts.

Servcorp Limited (ASX:SRV) has posted a third consecutive record year, with underlying profit, free cash flow and dividends all rising sharply. The debt-free workspace operator is guiding to another year of strong cash generation while investing in Saudi Arabia, technology and AI-enabled services.

Kingsgate Consolidated has converted a full year of Chatree mining into record financial results, with revenue up 77% and net profit reaching A$277.9 million. The balance sheet is stronger, dividends have returned and Nueva Esperanza is moving towards a feasibility decision, but higher waste movement and project execution now replace the turnaround story.

Redox enters FY27 from a position of record revenue, higher margins and a debt-free balance sheet, while its North American business passes $100 million in sales. The chemical distributor also reported 9% higher average selling prices in the first quarter, although volumes remained broadly flat and freight costs increased.

Katana Capital will pay shareholders a special fully franked dividend of 5.0 cents per share after the September quarter, with the board pointing to a substantial franking balance as scope for future distributions. The payment is scheduled for 30 October 2026 and will not be eligible for reinvestment through the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

Alkane Resources has reported a transformational FY2026, with the Mandalay merger helping lift revenue to A$935.8 million and profit after tax to A$228.7 million. The enlarged gold and antimony producer has also declared its first dividend and approved a buy-back, while setting broadly stable production guidance for FY2027.

Civmec delivered double-digit earnings growth in FY26, with its new defence arm helping lift the order book to A$1.4 billion. The stronger profit came alongside a sharp working-capital squeeze that left operating cash flow negative after investment in growth.

Kip McGrath shareholders have approved a total 6.0 cents per share distribution for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The payout includes 5.0 cents in special dividends, with the shares going ex-dividend on 1 October.

Beacon Minerals has reported a sharp FY2026 recovery, underpinned by higher gold revenue, Lady Ida production and a substantial increase in the Iguana Ore Reserve. The headline profit includes a sizeable asset-sale gain, leaving the next test focused on recurring mine performance.

Fitzroy River has completed the sale of its Bowdens Silver royalty for A$17.5 million, receiving A$10 million in cash and A$7.5 million in Silver Mines shares. The company has not yet disclosed how or when the proceeds will be returned to shareholders.

Otto Energy plans to return approximately A$20 million to shareholders after consolidating its shares 100:1, with the proposed payment set at A$0.417 per post-consolidation share. The proposals require approval at the company’s 13 November 2026 AGM and remain subject to an outstanding ATO tax ruling.
