Phase II Drilling Validates Gold Continuity at Marble Bar

Kali Metals Limited (ASX:KM1) has wrapped up its Phase II drilling program at the Marble Bar Gold Project, delivering key intercepts that confirm mineralisation continuity down dip at the Tiger II Prospect. The combined 4,059m of reverse circulation and 281.7m of diamond drilling reduced line spacing from around 200m to 40m, enhancing the geological resolution across Sherman, Churchill, and Tiger prospects.

Significant drill results include 3m at 3.6 g/t Au from 41m and 5m at 1.0 g/t Au from 41m, among others, indicating quartz veining with potassic alteration and sulphides remains open at depth. These findings build on earlier Phase I results, reinforcing the potential for resource growth along a ~3km strike length with parallel mineralised zones.

New High-Grade Gold Prospects Expand Exploration Pipeline

Post-quarter, Kali announced the discovery of four new gold prospects, Stug, Vickers, Pershing, and Chiha, following an intensive rock-chip sampling campaign. The standout is the Stug Prospect, where assays peaked at an eye-catching 53.1 g/t Au, supported by multiple samples exceeding 5 g/t Au. This prospect features a gently north to north-east dipping shear-controlled alteration zone with strong potassic alteration and quartz veining.

Additional soil sampling across the tenements defined a 6.5km east-west gold-in-soil anomaly and extensions to the Tiger Prospect, generating fresh targets for follow-up mapping and drilling. These developments signal a growing and diversified exploration pipeline at Marble Bar.

Corporate Updates and Financial Position

Kali Metals completed the second tranche of its placement during the quarter, raising approximately A$95,000 with directors participating at $0.18 per share. The company ended the quarter with a robust cash balance of $6.84 million and zero debt, underpinning its capacity to fund ongoing exploration activities.

Meanwhile, Non-Executive Director Graeme Sloan resigned effective 30 June 2026, marking the departure of a key figure involved in Kali’s ASX listing and growth phase.

Advancing Pilbara and Lithium Projects with Hyperspectral Survey and Drilling Plans

Beyond Marble Bar, Kali is preparing for a high-resolution airborne hyperspectral survey across its Pilbara tenement package, including DOM’s Hill and Pear Creek projects. The survey aims to refine target generation with results expected in August. At Higginsville, fieldwork has commenced on lithium geochemical targets, with RC drilling planned in the coming months.

The company also flagged Phase III drilling at Marble Bar to extend mineralisation, alongside heritage surveys and drilling over Spargoville and Widgiemooltha lithium targets. Exploration efforts will continue to integrate new geological data, including soil anomalies and rock-chip sampling, to build on the promising results reported this quarter.
