Titan Finds More Gold-Silver Continuity at Dynasty

Mining By Maxwell Dee 3 min read

Titan Minerals has extended high-grade gold-silver mineralisation at its Dynasty project in Ecuador and reported broad infill results that could support resource classification upgrades. The company is adding drilling capacity ahead of a Mineral Resource Estimate and Scoping Study targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

  • 30-metre lateral extension at Brecha-Comanche
  • 16.0 metres at 2.8 g/t gold and 9.1 g/t silver
  • Broad infill intersections may support Indicated resource upgrades
  • Four diamond rigs now operating, with an RC rig planned
  • Updated resource and Scoping Study targeted for Q1 2027

Brecha-Comanche Mineralisation Extends Beyond Current Resource

Titan Minerals Limited (ASX:TTM) has extended a previously untested gold-silver zone by 30 metres at the Dynasty Gold Project in southern Ecuador, delivering a result of 16.0 metres at 2.8 g/t gold and 9.1 g/t silver from 433.9 metres in hole CVDD25-158. The intercept sits outside the current resource at the Cerro Verde prospect.

The result came from a 2025 hole that Titan re-entered and extended to a depth of 531 metres. It follows a 31.4-metre intercept at 2.3 g/t gold and 7.1 g/t silver from a nearby zone identified in 2025, which the company says highlights continuity in the vein and shear-hosted mineralisation at Brecha-Comanche. The reported widths are drilled thicknesses, not confirmed true widths.

Infill Drilling Targets Higher Confidence Resources

Infill drilling has also returned broad mineralised intervals designed to support potential upgrades to Indicated resource categorisation. Hole CVDD26-205 produced 19.7 metres at 2.6 g/t gold and 14.0 g/t silver from 253.3 metres, including narrower higher-grade sections of 6.5 metres at 3.9 g/t gold and 5.1 metres at 4.9 g/t gold. The same hole returned a further 22.1 metres at 2.5 g/t gold and 5.9 g/t silver from 324.6 metres.

A re-entry hole, CVDD24-121, added 12.5 metres at 2.8 g/t gold and 28.4 g/t silver from 337.2 metres. Titan says the results will add assay and geological data to resource modelling, particularly within the conceptual open pit area, although any change to resource size or classification remains subject to further modelling and the planned update.

Cerro Verde Drilling Gains Pace

The company is expanding its drilling effort after identifying multiple growth targets across Cerro Verde. Titan now has four diamond rigs operating and plans to add a reverse-circulation rig in October, with the additional capacity intended to test extensional targets over the next three to four months.

Results remain pending from 17 diamond holes covering about 4,600 metres. Titan also continues to investigate a shear-hosted zone that returned 33.5 metres at 6.6 g/t gold and 55.5 g/t silver from 236.7 metres in CVDD26-199, while further work is planned around the Brecha-Comanche waste dump, Kaliman extensions and major structural intersections.

Resource Update and Scoping Study Targeted for Q1 2027

Dynasty’s March 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate stands at 3.90 million ounces of gold and 26.10 million ounces of silver, with Cerro Verde accounting for 2.70 million gold ounces and 16.15 million silver ounces. Titan now expects the next resource update to incorporate the current drilling before completion of the Dynasty Scoping Study, both targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

That sequencing matters: the new drilling may improve the confidence and scale of the resource feeding the study, but the filing does not yet quantify any resulting change to mine production, costs or project economics. The next test is whether pending assays and the expanded program convert promising drill continuity into a materially larger and more confident resource.

Bottom Line?

The drilling is strengthening the geological case for Dynasty, but the investment significance will depend on how much of this mineralisation enters the Q1 2027 resource estimate and flows through to the Scoping Study.

Questions in the middle?

  • How much additional gold and silver will the pending 4,600 metres of drilling add to the next resource estimate?
  • Will the newly identified shear-hosted zones support a meaningful increase in Indicated resources?
  • Can the expanded drilling program improve the production and economic assumptions in the Scoping Study?
